When they first opened wings were great last 3 orders were recooked wings wings cooked to death wings and just plain bad wings won't be returning Wiggies here I come .

I had my order delivered. BOGO free on orders over $25 so 10 wings were free. 20 bone in wings: 10 with mild sauce had a funny taste, I think it was the sauce, all tasted spoiled. The lemon pepper and garlic parm wings packed separately were good. The corn was ok, only had the Cajun seasoning but they tasted old and dry.

You gave me wrong order. I ordered the boneless chicken, bbq sauce and ranch dipping. You gave me with bone chicken.
They don’t seem to be able to pay attention to details. i had a to go order I out in on their wed site. I wanted my fries cooked and seasoned extra and they weren’t. I also had 2 ranch sides on the order. One had paid extra for, and neither were included in the bag. The person at the counter was nice and friendly with the customer before me but when I was at the counter they didn’t talk to me and seemed like I was bothering him when all I was was nice. Just make sure you open your taped bag before you go and make sure it’s all right.

I used to go to Wing Stop in FL alot. Enjoyed it. The new one in Dormont, PA is fine, but kind of greasy. Got 15 boneless wing deal. $22. Guy at register was a jerk. Unfriendly, unhelpful and incoherent. Not the right person to work at register and interact with patrons.

Ordered food through Uber eats for pick up. I order this way sometimes because they have promos through the app. Order was cancelled at the store so i called and they said it was cancelled because it didn't go through. So you saw the order and it was a pick up . What didn't go through??? I guess it could happen but seems strange that you knew about the order but cant really explain why it wasn't fulfilled. Maybe this store doesn't like to honor the promos offered through the app?
