They don’t seem to be able to pay attention to details. i had a to go order I out in on their wed site. I wanted my fries cooked and seasoned extra and they weren’t. I also had 2 ranch sides on the order. One had paid extra for, and neither were included in the bag. The person at the counter was nice and friendly with the customer before me but when I was at the counter they didn’t talk to me and seemed like I was bothering him when all I was was nice. Just make sure you open your taped bag before you go and make sure it’s all right.

I used to go to Wing Stop in FL alot. Enjoyed it. The new one in Dormont, PA is fine, but kind of greasy. Got 15 boneless wing deal. $22. Guy at register was a jerk. Unfriendly, unhelpful and incoherent. Not the right person to work at register and interact with patrons.

Ordered food through Uber eats for pick up. I order this way sometimes because they have promos through the app. Order was cancelled at the store so i called and they said it was cancelled because it didn't go through. So you saw the order and it was a pick up . What didn't go through??? I guess it could happen but seems strange that you knew about the order but cant really explain why it wasn't fulfilled. Maybe this store doesn't like to honor the promos offered through the app?

This is a great spot to get wings in a jiffy. I recommend getting the meal deal bundle you get fries and like 20 wings or something. Wings are hot and ready to go.

Food is incredibly inconsistent for a chain. Sometimes you get crispy food and sometimes it’s soggy and awful. You kind of never know what you’re gonna get here. The fries especially have been completely different every time I’ve been here, sometimes crispy and sometimes not. The seasoning is also inconsistent. Also I’ve noticed several employees doing some questionable stuff as far as cleanliness. For instance I watched an employee drop a whole pile of fry boats on the ground and instead of throwing them away he just put them back on the counter to use. In general the quality here seems to match the quality of the restaurants near it, which is quite low.

Great wings. Pretty consistent from store to store. Not too bad of a wait (20 minutes for 20 wings, 6pc, sandwich and 3x fries). Will certainly be back. Ultra friendly staff. Seemed VERY busy on take outs. No trash can out in seating area. Idk.

Finally we're standing there and she hands us our food off the shelf I said You mean to tell me our food has been sitting here all this time She politely apologized and said this is the first chance I got Meanwhile prior to that there was nobody there being waited on
Either way the food was not that hot For what we paid for this food it was nowhere near worth it... Now I know the chicken has to be cooked specifically to their expectations but it was the best way I could describe jelly-like The chicken was a little undercooked and tasted horrible The french fries were cold they weren't good either
I was shocked to see the size of the chicken wings that they serve here The wings were so tiny I couldn't believe my eyes These look like free samples only they weren't free actually quite expensive
It's unfortunate I was really hoping to have a place like this in a close proximity but where I could visit frequently
We will not be returning to this place To be quite honest I'd like my money back....

Overall, the wings and fries were cooked well, and service was fast and friendly. Minor criticism in that there isn't a trashcan set up for dining in.
More major criticism of the chain itself is that the wing sauces that I tried were neither spicy (hot) or spicy (flavorful). I had the mango habanero and atomic sauces, the former being more sweet than anything else, and the latter tasting of ghost pepper and not much else. Good quality as long as you're not expecting anything too wild. Fine for you to take your friend who thinks you're crazy for ordering a 5/10 spice on your Thai curry.

As far as big chain wing places are concerned, WingStop is my favorite! There are a decent amount of flavor options and the experience is consistent across the brand. I know exactly what to expect and I’m never disappointed! I tried the New Mexican Street seasoning this time and it is AMAZING!!! I had voodoo fries to satisfy my spice craving and also tried the fried corn, so good!! Big portions, small bill 🫶
Very good ambience . The service is really good. They provide sauce samples to taste to know about the taste of the wings. And it is available late evening as well. I liked it very much.
