The food is hit or miss,. depending on who is working in the kitchen and that also goes for the customer service. One young lady is very rude and never opens her mouth to greet you at all .she comes across very rude. She also never thanks you once you get your food. The other employees seem to be nice and do their jobs as they should. But one or two and employees can ruin the entire business and make people not want to return. I have only 2 starts due to the poor customer service of the one girl and the inconsistency of the food.

I haven't had any issues with my order when I go to the restaurant in person but every time I order via Doordash my order is incorrect. It happened to me twice. I'm not sure why it is so hard for the cooks to put lemon pepper seasoning on my 6pc wings (all flats), not burn my french fries and put extra lemon pepper seasoning on them, and put a blue cheese cup in the bag. Please do better.

i love wingstop and today i went there and ordered my favorite garlic parm boneless-wings this is my favorite place for wings I LOVE IT HERE I would come here every day if it was allowed to. And VERY awesome music.

Awful customer service. I placed an online order to pickup. Walked in and the staff ignored me and another customer that walked in. One of the staff took a phone call, still ignoring people in the restaurant. Customer that walked in with me walked out. I continued to wait for someone to get my order, while another couple came in and left because, again, no one acknowledged the customers coming in to place an order. Finally had someone from the back come up and hand me my order. I got 6 boneless wings combo, and everything was heavily salted.

this was our first time visiting a wingstop. for fast food-this was a good choice! the ranch dressing is absolutely unbelievable delicious!!! wings were crispy and good! chicken strips were good-a few smaller pieces of the chicken strips really didn’t count as a full order in my opinion. fries were fresh and tasty. one order was more fry bits than fries. this particular restaurant was a tad small. the condiment station was well stocked. clean facility. paper straws here are useless. good for half of your drink-then you need another.

I just ordered 10 pc combo. Wings were perfect. Good quality. Service was quick. My bag was properly packed and checked. Whoever manages this wingstop knows what consistency is !

Messed entire order up forgot half the carry out and we went back to get that then we asked for all ranch they gave us blue cheese and didn’t believe us and said it’s not their fault NEVER AGAIN NOT ECEN THAT GOOD RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
