This place is so good. Everything is made pretty much from scratch or local ingredients. Baked goods included and rotate flavors! Coffee is great and service is very attentive and kind. Can be busy but worth the wait. Love the biscuit sandwiches and the breakfast potatoes!

Listen…this place is amazing. That fried chicken biscuit, my ancestors back in North Carolina would’ve been doing the wobble if they tasted that biscuit! My gawd. The service?! IMPECCABLE. PEYTON?! The lady running the show, she needs to run this country because the way she handles this business is so impressive! She would have my vote…for anything!! 10/10 no notes, just standing ovation!!

Very short wait for a table but food was brought out quick and fresh. Chicken salad sandwich and fried chicken biscuit were both delicious. Orange sorghum iced coffee was uniquely delightful.

Very much appreciate the kindness from the staff and the prompt service. Love the accessible entrance to the restaurant which is on the side.

Best breakfast I've had in a long time, maybe ever! And the coffee is CAFE-style coffee, not DINER-style coffee. Huge difference.

The employees here were very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was cozy. Our food came out relatively quickly and it wasn't very busy for a late Friday morning. The biscuit sandwich I had was one of my favourites. The biscuits were so soft and buttery, the chickens with honey was cooked perfectly, the grits were so good. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Pittsburgh! This place is definitely a must visit.

Love this place and so happy their business is thriving! It's been crowded each time I've gone, but dont let the longish line discourage you. It moves fast, and the food is totally worth the wait! The chicken and biscuits with pimento amd honey is amazing! The staff is warm and genuinely seems appreciative of folks' business. Really charming interior and decorations make you feel like you're in your grandma's kitchen. :)

This place has the best food my wife and I have had in a while in Pittsburgh. Delicious in every way. Every bite was a delight. Even the coffee was really good. We're coming back here, with other family members, too, next time.

We went about 945 on a Sunday morning. There was a line but if was very efficient. Menus were available at the door and while we were standing in line, someone came to take our take out order. Our food was ready in about 12 minutes. Everything was delicious. We ordered the Biscuits and Gravy with over easy egg, the Country Ham plate with a side of greens and a Chicken Biscuit. I wish the greens had some pot liquor in the container. That the only reason I gave 4 stars for food.
