Great space, modern and clean. Like the conference area up top which works well for my weekly Meetup. Parking is available which isn't always the case in East Liberty. And very friendly staff.

This coffee shop in my neighborhood never disappoints! The baristas know how to make a good latte and the coffee is good! Staff is always polite and friendly! The space is very clean and peaceful!

YINZ offers the standard coffeehouse offering and a solid coffeehouse breakfast menu. Friendship/Shady Side is dotted with good coffeehouses but what would set YINZ apart would be an enormous sitting area, and solid wifi through Pitt Guest. (You have one other āfreeā choice but pick this.). If you want to sit and read your morning paper on your computer this is the place to be. And they do feature gourmet popcorn but I did not partake.

I ordered a maple cinnamon oat milk latte which was good as expected! They donāt really have any special drinks (only two that the staff confirmed are on the sweeter side).
I gave a lower rating on the environment as itās not as nicely decorated or intricately designed as other cafes. Itās clean and nice and convenient with lots of outlets, but I would not say the furniture and interior decor is anywhere near cute.
The AC was really blowing and they couldnāt adjust itā¦ Make sure you bring a jacket or sweatshirt (I had my jacket on but was still coldā¦)
Overall the experience was okay; nothing negative but also nothing that really attract me and make me want to return anytime soon. Itās a decent cafe for anyone who wants to work there and charge their laptops though.
