Both of the people working Thursday around 3 were SO sweet and welcoming! They deserve a raise it was some of the best customer service I have ever gotten! And coffee was delicious too!
I didn't get to purchase anything. I had missed my bus, phone needed charged so I couod call my manager. I was frantic. When I asked the one cashier if there was an outlet to charge my phone, they looked at me in an unpleasant way. I asked the other cashier, and she directed me to one. While there, many patrons came, and they both treated everyone with patience and kindness
Had a lovely experience with barista, David. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and made great conversation, all while making my drink to my specific needs. I have allergies to a lot of things and he was very mindful and helped me make a selection best for me. The latte he made was delicious, with care and just wonderful. Been to YINZ several times and this was my first interaction with him and he was just wonderful. Highly recommend this location for David alone! Clean atmosphere...
