I ordered a French roast with a shot of espresso and it still came out pretty weak. Not bad, but definitely didn't hit the mark with me. I know they're still in COVID mode with limited selections, but for a place dedicated to coffee I was a bit disappointed in the flavor and strength. I'll probably look for other coffee joints next time I'm in East Liberty.

Iconic name with excellent coffee and great service. Zeke's is located in one of my favorite areas in the city. This is a must try coffee shop in the 'burgh. Better yet is their retail offerings - definitely pick up some grounds while you're at it. I will without a doubt be back.

My brother is a total coffee snob and has a fancy espresso maker at home. He also has a dog named Zeke, coincidentally. For his birthday I ordered two bags of Zeke's small batch coffee beans to be shipped directly to him. I've tried their coffee in person before and absolutely loved it. I'm so happy that they are offering shipping of their product online and in-person pick-up. This is the perfect gift for my brother and it's wonderful to still be able to enjoy our favorite local establishments in the midst of this chaotic time. Product shipped quickly and arrived intact.
Zeke's coffee beans have spoiled me. Now when I don't have any of their coffee beans left and am forced to use other coffee beans, it just isn't as good. I'm so glad I came across them in a Farmer's Market last summer. I hope they reopen soon or start mailing coffee beans!
