I’m sitting here after ordering 1/2 of a hot Italian sandwich and 8 oz of soup! I was eating my sandwich and came across something not chewable and spit it out- took it to the counter and showed the man he said it was a stem from the pepper relish on the sandwich-most of my 1/2 sandwich was gone but I had about 1/2 of my soup-he asked if I wanted something else and I said no I’m done! I was not done but did not want another sandwich. He never offered me 1/2 my money back or nothing! Just took my tray. Oh well maybe I should have asked!

I walked into the Robinson Twp store at 5:58 PM thinking they were open until 7:00 PM but they were actually closing at 6:00. The two men working the counter (cleaning up & storing stuff ) could have easily turned me away. Instead, they filled my large order and did so in a helpful, cheerful and professional manner. Thanks, guys. That's the meaning of true customer service!

Zoup used to be a go to. Then they changed the menu, changed the name, made the food portions smaller, made the food quality worse, and made the food more expensive. Going here used to be worth it, but now it is going downhill.

Disappointing. Stopped in off lunch rush so it was quiet, got a cuban and salad/sandwich
Cuban was a single piece of ham with some pickle and mustard on a sub roll, for like 11 dollars
Wife asked for no gorgonzola on the salad, as she hates it, they said no problem, and it was all throughout. Not even on the side, it was mixed down through the whole salad. It seemed like the girl who took our order even turned around and made the salad immediately after. 30 bucks for a sad "cuban" and a salad my wife couldn't eat. Hard pass with all the other options in the area.

Online says open till 7 arrived at 6:02 and they're closed. Shame
First let me say I finished all my meal.
I picked a sandwich and a grain bowl and a bottle water. Everything was presented nicely.
My coastal tuna sandwich was basically tuna salad sandwich. What little Tuna there was it did not like to stay in between the bread. Probably a poor choice on my part. I was expecting a slice of tuna.
The chicken bacon avocado bowl. Again I expected some slices of avocado. I got a dollop of guacamole. Yes the is mostly avocado in guacamole. Just say 'chicken bacon guacamole.'
Imagine asking for a banana split and getting mashed bananas.
On the whole. Clean place portion are smaller but mabe we don't need to eat so much.
Wheelchair accessibility: Standard single front door at level with sidewalk. I would say not deigned for wheelchairs but that probably wouldn't hold you up. Did not check the restrooms.

So I just lost my voice yesterday courtesy of evil sinuses, I stopped by today on my break to grab some soup as that doesn't really irritate my throat. I typed out which one was better chicken noodle or chicken pot pie, the really nice guy behind the counter said pot pie and was extremely nice despite my not being able to actually converse. The pot pie was indeed really good. I also got the black cherry soda, its tasty, Thank you!

This place was so nice inside. The walls were an orange color, but it was a good orange color. Very minimalistic photos on the wall and amazing people.

Happened upon this little place while killing time waiting for my shuttle home. Not a big fan of soups in general but I was hungry and the poster on the window had some items that looked pretty tantalizing. Located in the strip plaza with other shops and though small there was plenty seating and still not seeming closed in. Place was clean and staff was very welcoming and friendly. Ordered a pesto mozzarella bruschetta style sandwich and a side of smokehouse chili. The sandwich was on a toasted ciabatta seasoned bread and had fresh mozzarella, not the cheapo kind either...the soft smooshy balls that melt down nicely. Sandwich was full of flavors, but the chili! Oh my! That chili is honestly one of the best I think I've had. Just enough spiciness, just enough heat, rich flavor, chocked full of meat and other things that a decent chili should have. Finding myself craving it now as I right this review. Pricing is about in the middle but considering their supplies are all organic, non gmo, and humanely sourced can't complain....its worth it! By the way they have fliers stating their products(meats, etc) are only sources from humane farmers which I consider a plus. Will stop back again when in the area for sure and can easily recommend to others to try.
