We went to Rikasa for the first time. We will NOT be returning! The food was just okay. I've had much better at other restaurants. The service was awful! with the exception of our waitress who was very sweet. The manager and other employees were ignorant and rude.I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I hadn’t been to Rikasa for quite some time. We won’t be back ever again. I feel sorry for our server. She was very nice but the management? condescending ,snide and definitely give the impression that they think they are better than everybody else.
We waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged. & an additional 30 minutes to receive our watermelon sangria . At that point, we were informed that we couldn’t get the seafood boil that we came there for. Somebody sent me a picture...read full review
The food and service were absolutely awful. Our apps and salad were mediocre at best. We all ordered our filet medium and our steaks came out well done. No taste, absolutely the worst steak I’ve ever eaten. I got mine topped with crab meat and it was very dry.
