I must admit I had much higher hopes for this place from the reviews. Firstly, the service was abysmal. I was ignored for thirty minutes before being able to order and the waiter was in a pretty bad mood, so different from the attentive service one normally gets in the State College area. Very good food, and friendly staff. Had the cheese boat w/ bacon, pelmeni, and a blueberry scone, and it was all excellent. Very relaxed quiet place to stop for breakfast and lunch.

Was looking for someplace new to eat in Bellefonte. My son found this little restaurant with some russian flare. Loved it!!! If you like cheese. Cheese boat. Soup was good, loved the blueberry scone. Will be eating here when we come back home
