Fortune Star Asian Buffet & Grill

The food was extremely old and cold. Definitely a big disappointment. Don't think I'll be returning. Use to be good, not it's not! I can not recommend this place again!

Its a great place for families. They always are accommodating for our large party. There's a variety of food options from hot to cold. Mild to spicy. The cost is extremely reasonable. If you need to work through lunch it's also a good alternative to a café. Not too loud.

Always excellent! My mom & I do a lunch date once a month here...fresh sushi, hibachi, delicious buffet!

Awesome buffet!

The food is not fancy, nor is the atmosphere, but the staff is always friendly, the food is always consistently good(awesome hot and sour soup) and prices are reasonable. I can get everything from sushi to mussels to cocktail shrimp, plus Asian cuisine, for the same price as a McDonalds burger, fries and drink.
Been going here forever.

Never had a bad meal here. Never ran out of selections.

Greeter was dry, energy in the whole place was draining and unwelcoming, waiter was basically non existent, had to find someone to refill the drinks, food was lukewarm or cold, or unappetizing with no flavor. I felt like we were under surveillance the whole time, gave us our check before we asked, snarky looks and almost broke their necks to see if we left a tip and damn near just pushed us out the door. Very disgusted with my experience and would not recommend this location AT ALL!!! ????????

Very rude waiter had a stank attitude. Watched us the whole time we ate. The waiter acted like he was scared to come to table didn’t want to refill my drink doesn’t know how to say you’re welcome. Everybody stared at us the whole time and when we left they all ran over to see what we tipped or something. If yall reading this go to the one in monroeville they treat you way better trust.

This place is disgusting. Food was not hot at all and I don’t know how because they had steam coming from most of the food. Even the fruit just was horrible. General Tsos Chicken tasted like it was microwaved and reheated. First and last time here. The people are sweet though

Visited 3x and every time, we have to go straight to the bathroom. Last time, there bathroom was a MESS and I got a picture of it. And then this time, I was afraid to go to the bathroom before I ate for fear of losing my appetite. Surprisingly, bathroom clean but I still got sick. So screw this place and the one they tried to rebrand in N.V. Also, they are so aggressive with coming around looking for the check… it’s an overall uncomfortable experience and I would never go back

The greeter doesn't even speak to you. They just grab whatever they assume your party needs for cutlery and then just walks away from you. Doesn't even say I'll seat you here or anything. Just walks away and expects you to follow them like a pet. I find their atmosphere to be a little underwhelming. I mean I know it's a buffet and all but it's drab for the price. You would think that it was a little bit nicer. I mean what? Why is it so expensive? We can make the same thing at home for a fraction of the price.

We arrived at 8:15 and she turned to look at the clock because they closed at 9.
The food was rubber. It was horrible and we paid $15 per person. We were traveling and stoped by just to be severely disappointed

Great selection of food. I love how efficient their workers are. I usually see my old plate gone by the time I come back.
