My son picked up take out today. My first time trying their food. I absolutely LOVE IT!

I am blown away at the quality of the chicken, far exceeds the “other chicken “ place we used to frequent. Not only does the chicken taste gods, sizes are appropriate & not more breading than chicken.

Fries …my fav! Love crinkle cut, even good after travel home. Now for the sauce….chefs kiss! I have to say I’ve never used the dipping sauces provided from other chains, but the Cane sauce is way too good to resist!

I will be a repeat customer, thank you for providing good quality, good tasting chicken to our area!

The tea is good. The chicken is good but bland. Give me some spice or more then your canes BS sauce. Fries are good. It is hot and fresh they do have that....

Now a days it is tough working in fast food or even working in any customer service field. So many times you only hear about negative interactions. I would like to take the time to mention the pleasant hills location as a great team. Reanna has a very excellent personality and make the experience very enjoy. Please acknowledge her excellence and wonderful customer service skills. She is a valuable asset.

Service was good however there was a piece of hair in the first bite I took. Then there was another hair after I kept eating it. I wasn’t able to eat the food. There was also one in my boyfriend’s food as well. The staff should start wearing hairnets or be more cleanly.
