We love Truss! Mark is an excellent chef and of hundreds of catered lunches I’ve ordered from him, he’s never produced anything short of top quality in both taste and presentation. All of the staff I’ve interacted with here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. There isn’t indoor seating right now but the back patio is a great spot to share a locally brewed beer with friends. Awesome brewing company with some delicious food offerings as well! Definitely worth checking out. I got to try out their margherita pizza and chocolate chip cookies.
The portions are amazing for the price. Such a huge pie, but very nice thin crust, for just just $16. Definitely reasonable. The quality is also quite high. Nice char on the bottom, adequate amount of sauce and cheese. It definitely hits the spot if you’re looking for some thinner crust pizza.
