I stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts on a whim, and I am so glad I did. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and the energy inside the store was surprisingly cheerful for a quick-stop location. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and smelled delicious the moment I arrived.
I only picked up a single donut, but now I wish I had grabbed at least three more. The texture was soft and fresh, with just the right amount of sweetness. No staleness, no dryness, and no weird aftertaste like you sometimes get elsewhere. You could tell these were handled with care. The glaze was evenly applied and didn’t overpower the flavor of the dough. Simple, classic, and just plain good.
What really stood out to me was how fast and smoothly everything went. No delays, no confusion, no waiting around awkwardly. I got through there in less than five minutes, which is rare these days.
It might seem like a small thing, but a good donut at the right time can make your whole day better. This place delivered. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area, probably with a much bigger order.

Waited 45 minutes for an order placed at 6:30am. I had to leave and sent an employee to find out where the order was around 9am. Order was still not completed. The employees carelessly filled the order and sent her out with a few dirty looks. If the store can't handle online orders in addition to customers in the store, then they shouldn't be taking online orders.

I know it’s minimum wage, but I am shocked these employees even make that at this establishment.
these people seriously need a lesson on how to ice a donut. they literally have ONE JOB. ice the donuts. they don’t even make the donuts. and they can’t be bothered to put icing all the way around the donuts. thanks for my consistently halfassed donuts each week.

It's a donuts store that never has donuts. Do yourself a favor and just go to Murrysville. Countless times I tried to go to this place and the donuts racks were barren. 2 years after swearing to never go back I went back and surprise surprise, empty donuts racks. I'm done for good. Just close the store and put something functional there..
Love all the workers here except one. I always come here as I work beside them at Verizon. Some know me as Casserole lol. I came here the other evening and Zack was incredibly rude. I waited at the counter for about 5ish minutes, which is fine. I have patience even though I know he knew I was there. Another woman came out and was super nice and spoke to Zack and said that there was someone up front. This guy proceeds to say "Well, they can wait". The woman took my order instead, so quick shout out to her. She was very pleasant and seemed kind of taken back by that comment as well.
Working in customer service myself, that is poor customer service and extremely unacceptable behavior.

This Establishment is horrible. I stop here on my way to work on two different days. The first time I ordered a large Carmel latte and got a regular coffee. The second time was today, I order loaded hash browns, that were old and cold. The cheese must have been in the freezer. I will never return and will never recommend any of my family friends or Nursing coworkers or staff to go here. Your a -20 in the stars.
