RUDE employees. Giving out the wrong sandwiches then blaming it on the customer.

Worst Jersey mikes. Staff is horrible and don’t know how to prioritize online orders. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else

Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.

With 5 team members, they cannot handle the amount of people who come to the establishment. We ordered online and it was not ready an hour after it was ordered. There is a line out the door. I believe they need to reasses their staffing needs.bi have not had this problem when going to other jersey mikes locations at similar times on similar days.

This place has the best subs of any national chain. Recommend the #13, Mike's way.

Usually Jersey Mike’s has a good allergy protocol, but this was a bad experience in terms of food sensitivity accommodation. Upon requesting a clean station to prevent a reaction to gluten, the worker looked at me with disbelief that I would ask such a thing, and turned away and laughed at us with another coworker :(. I totally understand if you are busy or it you are unable to accommodate this, but when you claim to have a clean station and find that it’s not, then that can make people really sick. People with celiac disease or gluten allergy should beware of the cross-contact protocol here. Usually Jersey Mike’s is great, so it’s rattling to see this.

Horrible service, imagine paying a company to receive product like this. Also the Manager Logan decided to hang up me, wasn’t expecting any difference in customer service, when they put out food like this. Do better Jersey mikes!

First time last time. I went through the drive through it was star+ucks. Confusing and Overpriced. I don't need to see someone slice meat in front of me. I guess I could ask how fresh it is but give me subway prices and cut the stuff ahead of time. It would have a minute.

Stopped in to order a hoagie today. The guy preparing the hoagie was yelling to the other staff workers about some new 10 point list they need to review. He was yelling over the food as he prepared it and I could literally see spit flying.
I guess that's the benefit of ordering ahead and just picking it up, you don't see the lack of consideration for another's food.
It's gross, I tossed out my sandwich when I got home because I lost my appetite thinking about it!
Jersey Mike's can do better, I'm sure!
Yelling over food and giving it a saliva spray is just gross and unacceptable!

EDIT: Gave them another shot. Totally different staff this time. Ample bread choices and polite staff. Cute goth girl making sandwiches with a late-20s manager. Both very polite and fast. Maybe my prior visit was on a day with staff who didn't feel like making bread. Lol. Jersey Mike's have great sandwiches... as long as they have bread. Lol (I recommend the rosemary asiago)Original review: wow....This is the only SANDWICH shop I've ever been to in my life that ran out of bread. Your company literally only makes sandwiches lol,...and you run out of bread... isnt that like the main ingredient of a sandwich??? Bread should be the one thing you never run out of... like someone should look at 630 and be like "dang we're low on bread, let's make some more for the last 3 whole hours we're open." I guess you could only expect so much from high school kids.It would be kind of humorous if I wasn't starving. Sucks too.Because I love jersey mike's and I was looking forward to a juicy number thirteen. Avoid this unit and visit the one in blawnox instead.
