The new owners are cleaning up this place. Yay! I found a cockroach coming out of the brown bag last year. Called the local board of health and they had been there recently. The food is now always hot and fresh. The new owners speak English which is great when you own a business. Best of luck to them ?

We ordered from here as we have in the past. Apparently there are new owners. I ordered Shrimp and Scallop Hunane which is supposed to be spicy. There was literally no spice and no flavor. Old owners used to use large scallops, new owners are using tiny scallops and there were not very many. Husband had General Tso's which he said was good and had the spiciness he expects. Egg roll lacked flavor as well. Wish we had a better choice for Chinese in the Doylestown area ! Don't know why Yelp is listing me as being from California !

I think this place changed ownership, before the food was delicious, now the food is horrible, the takeout containers are smaller and the prices have gone up. Now it's more money and little food.

Good take out, food quality is up and down, must depend on who's in the kitchen, but always good.

Rice was never given and I asked several times. Kung po had mostly veggies and barely and chicken! Food was bland, would not recommend!

Our favorite Chinese food restaurant in Plumsteadville and Doylestown. Not a fancy place but consistently good and we like their food. Reminds me of when I was younger and things were simpler.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor with no steps.

Food was just okay. They told me they don’t use MSG, which I honestly can taste the difference and it’s not for the better. Not having that Umami flavoring really does change the taste and the food felt almost bland. Eggrolls were pretty good, and I liked the sesame chicken but the rice and Sweet&Sour chicken were so bland. The crab rangoons were so bad. I’ve never seen anything so far from a crab Rangoon, I was so disappointed with them.Location was clean and staff was really friendly, but the food was lacking. Probably will switch back to Great Wall instead.

Trying to be kind but need to give an honest opinion since new owners took over... we're locals so we frequent China Wok regularly Since new owners took over we've ordered several times to give it a chance each time is more disappointing..Generals chicken (our go to) is mushy with the oddest spices in the sauce , fried rice is tasteless, we actually threw out other dishes we ordered I hope they level up the quality of meats they are using and the dishes they are sending out as the community deserves a good chinese restaurant and will really support it if they do!

We haven't ordered Chinese food since we moved to Bucks County from North Jersey and were in the mood for it one day, so we gave China Wok a try. It is an interpretation of Chinese food, but it was certainly nothing like what we have ordered from other restaurants. The Chicken Fried Rice was literally that- no veggies and a quart was over $11. The Wonton Soup has veggies in it and a couple of wontons, but did not resemble traditional wonton soup. The chicken with broccoli and chicken with mixed veggies were bland. I could see where some people may enjoy this food, but it was extremely disappointing and did not satisfy our Chinese food craving.

I ordered food for myself and my co-workers. Even after I asked him to repeat my order they still forgot some of my order. Our wings was NASTY and they tasted old. They shrimp fried rice was edible but nothing to rave about. All of our wings went in the trash. $30 for 16 wings and they aren’t even cook to order.Food too expensive not be fresh. On top of the horrible food they were very rude.

I grew up right around the corner from China Wok. When I moved away after college I didn't realize just how spoiled I was. In my new city, I've tried Chinese food from so many different places, and I've never found one that measured up to China Wok. I can't even find anywhere that does the Boneless Spare Ribs, which are my favorite dish from here.

HANDS DOWN BEST STICKY RICE & BONELESS SPARE RIBS. The chicken in broccoli is also the best around. I actually worked here back in high school & every time I go back to my moms house I order something. Literally 95% of the time I'm hitting them up for food to take home. It's that good! I don't know what they put on those ribs but I'm addicted. Thank you for not changing a thing in 25+ years!
