Our favorite Chinese food restaurant in Plumsteadville and Doylestown. Not a fancy place but consistently good and we like their food. Reminds me of when I was younger and things were simpler.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor with no steps.
Food was just okay. They told me they don’t use MSG, which I honestly can taste the difference and it’s not for the better. Not having that Umami flavoring really does change the taste and the food felt almost bland. Eggrolls were pretty good, and I liked the sesame chicken but the rice and Sweet&Sour chicken were so bland.The crab rangoons were so bad. The new owners are cleaning up this place. Yay! I found a cockroach coming out of the brown bag last year. Called the local board of health and they had been there recently.The food is now always hot and fresh. The new owners speak English which is great when you own a business. Best of luck to them ?
