Just like the other reviews someone at the Plumsteadville location should be locked up for theft for charging customers for food but not putting it in the bag. They count on people going through the drive thru, getting home, only to find half your order missing! If it were only one time that would be considered a mistake. I live 5 minutes from this place. It’s just about brand new, yet absolutely awful. You’re placed in a parking spot even when there’s nobody in line, it seems not a single worker there speaks english, and i can’t tell you a single time i went and there wasn’t something missing from the bag after. Something is always missing from my order. Big Mac barely had lettuce or Mac sauce lol it’s so disappointing that they can never get anything right. Save yourself the trouble and go to another establishment or dine in so they can fix it right then and there.
