Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Hello, I had reservations for Plymouth Meeting location, this is the second time I‘ve booked and the restaurant wasn't open. That location is CLOSED!! Please let everyone know that it is closed and not to book!!!!!

This restaurant is closed! You cannot go there even though open table will let you make a reservation.

Location was closed when we went. Online showed open. Made reservations. Got there and there was a sign on the door stating that the location was closed until further notice.

I got a confirmation email and also a text confirming my reservation, only to arrive at the restaurant and find out that it is permanently closed. Very disappointing. Why is Open Table not aware of this?

It would of been nice but the restaurant went out of business . You really need to no this !

Was fairly disappointed. Came in with my girlfriend for a nice lunch date. We walked in and I was hopeful because it smelled good and mildly busy. But after the first 10 steps into the restaurant that’s when it went down hill. The floors were so sticky along with the table. The table was also dirty. We ordered are are drinks and got them. We got are food the food was room temperature and bland. It had no flavor. The bathroom was dirty as can be. The service wasn’t that great ether. Are waiters left all of the dirty plates on the table until we finished eating. We only had a couple of bites because of how bad it was. She only came twice and never asked if we wanted refills we had to ask. Will never return. Avoid at all costs.

My husband love this place. Portion are reasonable for price. We have been there for both lunch and dinner. Service is pretty good. Nice interior.clean restaurant. Bathroom are clean too. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements

When I arrive for a reservation we were advised by front desk that you could not seat us because the kitchen was packed up. We advised him we would wait but they still refused to seat us. Ended up going to California Pizza kitchen across the road.

Asked to cook wings longer, they didn't come back the way they should have been presented the first time, flies flying around during the entire experience, bathroom dirty. Felt like a fast food in and out service

Went in for a quick lunch today with 2 of my coworkers. We were on a time crunch and I wasn't sure we had time for a sit down lunch but decided to go for it. Malik came over right away with bread and oil, told us a few dishes that might be fast, and got our orders in. Got our food fast, it was great, and Malik was very upbeat and attentive.

We were there for our 24th anniversary with our son. On of the cleaning staff spoke to us very inappropriately, and I quote; " how do y'all like dim rolls, because I took my socks off and rubbed my toes on them, psych Im just kiddingy'all"? Also. Multiple staff members repeatedly walked past the same piece of trash on the floor near our table and no one picked it up. We will never go back there.

First time visit. This was a nice place with some pretty good food. We tried a variety of items because I just wanted to know how it was. Which it was good but slightly under seasoned for my taste. But that's not a complaint. Just expected more. Service was good also. Will definitely go back when back in town.

While this is typically the best of the area Bertucci locations, this meal was a bit subpar. The eggplant parmesan was tough, and overcooked. We told our server, who saw the dish and agreed, but we never had any further follow-up.
