I use this Starbucks all the time and the people in there are fine, however today I heard the barista flat out lie to the customer in front of me. Nice older gentleman ordered a half-caff cup of coffee, and was told they can’t do that unless he wants a shot of decaf Americano. Well I am sure it is annoying to do pour overs, but this was a decision that Starbucks made when they stopped keeping decaf brewed.
