I had such a great experience at Starbucks recently, all thanks to Brenda’s amazing customer service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She really went the extra mile to make sure my order was perfect and took the time to make me feel like a valued customer. Her friendly attitude and great service made my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location! Thanks again, Brenda, for brightening my day!

This morning I went into the Plymouth Meeting location like I always do first thing in the morning before heading to the office and pick up my coffee. I waited a good 10-15 min and then was asked what I’m waiting for.. When the drink was served the Barista wasn’t pleasant and I’m use to the other Barista’s that work there who greet customers and wish them a great day etc. This morning I wasn’t pleased whatsoever. 2/10 rating and the drink was awful!! Chocolate covered Strawberry Frappe and it tasted like chocolate syrup..
Always no Frappuccino it has been over 2 years if the ice machine is broken fix it already or get a new one.

This Starbucks is inside the market. I was there with my son in a very early morning and the lady who helped me was very friendly.

Standard atmospheric quaintness.
I grabbed a dark roast early in the morning. Coffee was hot and fresh. Staff at the counter were very polite and hospitable. Bathroom needed some attention.
This place is never open anymore. It’s currently 5:20 and it’s dark and closed. Maybe they should start updating their hours so customers know.
Patty cake, baker's bake. Chelsea Grossman is an evil woman, she's a covert narcissist. She just wants pity and grief to heal her child trauma, get help you poor psycho
Every time I come here they are out of several key ingredients or something is broken. Like why bother? May as well close
I've gotten my iced oat milk hazelnut matcha latte here a few times and I want to tell you, the employees here are friendlier and generally better than at other Starbucks. I work in a coffee shop and I know how hectic it can get. They stay pleasant and always get my drink right, no matter how busy it is. I prefer to get it here to anywhere else.

The girl that works every morning makes my coffee perfect and understands the importance of asking probing questions about how to make your coffee?
It is the same Starbucks you find everywhere with limited seating.Every store has slightly different food options.
It's fine, people (I was inspired to write this review to counter the two one-star reviews already on the site). I had no problems at the cafe. It's basically what you might expect from a cafe inside a supermarket. There's only one person working because it's small so it might get busy. My drink was a specialty so it took longer just pouring a coffee but no longer than anywhere else. Guy was polite, greeted me as I came in, etc.
I was in this Starbucks last week, and I kid you not, I was in line 15 minutes, waiting for a young person to get a specific milk in her order. I left after 3 people joined in to figure out what to do. If you want fast service, go elsewhere, because it won't happen here. Oh, I stopped in again, just to make sure. Again, no service. And no refills if you leave the store. Horrible.
The lady that work in the morning has a nasty attitude and should be in customer service..
