Place went downhill. Now all that is offered is smash burgers. They cannot and will not make a regular burger. You know what this tells me? They are using pre smashed frozen patties. How can you run a burger house and not make a medium rare burger. Had to walk out of there and drive off property to get a decent meal at 2pm on a Thursday. The whole property at kalahari has gone downhill. I def won’t be returning to blux and I may not be coming back to kalahari.

I never post reviews but I have almost never seen a waitress work so hard and so fast and at the same time be so fun and friendly and pleasant. Hats off to Luz, the best server in the tri-state area!!!!! Thanks Luz!

My family and I attended B Lux for dinner after a very long funday at the Waterpark. We were starving and ready for a good meal before resting in our room. We ordered loaded tots as an app. The cheese sauce didn't taste like cheese at all. My Wedge salad with crispy chicken came in a small.appetizer size bowl with about 6 pieces of chicken that was 80% reading and over cooked. I took 1 bite and told the waitress I didn't want it. The burgers were extremely salty and just not good. The donut sundaes my kids ordered were even gross. My kids didn't eat their sundaes. That right there says it all. The cost of the bill was almost $200. I was floored. The quality of the food was terrible and the price was astronomical. For the caliber that Kalahari holds itself, the restaurants within the resort should be all but top notch. I was very disappointed.

So slow, waitress came back after an hour had to ask for a drink refill never brought my sons drink. Asked to speak to manager he said we are extremely busy but the dining room maybe had 1/3 of tables. Won't ever return to this restaurant next time we will dine off site.

The food was not good- for example the burger bread was stale, meat was dry, and the food request such as no onion were not respected. 3/5 guests in our party didn’t eat most of their meal.
The waitress was really kind but missed the mark in terms of timeliness and capturing our order accurately.
I heard the other table complaining so I didn’t want to give a hard and we just grabbed snacks somewhere after. If other restaurants are open - don’t bother here. Their staple is the burger and they couldn’t get it right (we should’ve known when they didn’t ask how we wanted our burgers done)

It is expensive for nothing! To pay $25 for a burger and then it doesn’t even come with fries is ridiculous!! How cheap can u be?!! I think that the price is more than enough to cover fries verses chips WITHOUT an extra up charge!! The shakes were disgusting it was all just sugar and no flavor. This was our first AND last time at this place. Manager was rude and unwilling to assist even though he clearly saw how shocked I was at the ridiculous up charge.

Food was very greasy. $15 Shakes were semi-cold at best and full of artificial thickeners. Was hoping for a real ice cream shake but all they have are the fast food version.
The Milkshake was ok but hinestly skip the " whipped cream" it was coolwhip ( whipped topping) which is more structurally sound for the large decoration then do on top. BUT it tastes like oil, isnt sweet and they give you WAY too much in and on top of the cup. I removed it and was dissapointed with what was actually milkshake for the price... the quality of the tots was fine.

- Taste overall 9/10 spicy nash chicken sandwich 9/10 Oreo-a-go-go 10/10 the drink itself has a really nice and sweet milkshake with smooth kahlua. Note that there are a lot of whip cream at the end so better dont have the whole thing alone for the sake of health. - Service 9/10 Super nice but slow sometime Cleanness 10/10 - Portion with the price 6/10 Sandwich 7/10 shake 5/10 which is understandable with the location and surroundings - Vibe 10/10 Definitely a good place to eat after the water rides!
