It's pretty good, but would not survive as a stand alone ice cream shop.
We ordered 3 different flavors and they were each similar to what you can buy at the supermarket

Solid ice cream choices...
Another less than stellar experience at Kalahari. 😔 Daughter got cookies and cream ice cream with marshmallows she said it tasted off. I got a mint shake and he got a strawberry shake however they were both vanilla shakes with pink and green coloring which was a comical discovery when my boyfriend that hates mint with a passion (won’t even use mint tooth paste) could suck down a giant gulp to say “there is no mint in your mint shake, I can ever have it if you want to switch”...read full review

The Last Bite at Kalahari Resort offers a terrific range of craft ice cream flavors and desserts. The ice cream is delicious and not too expensive, with sundaes and scoops available. The staff, especially Yenisvel, is incredibly kind and professional. The variety of flavors and cute presentation make it worth a visit, even if it can get busy near closing time. A bit pricey but a great location for a sweet treat!
