Our waitress Shannon was excellent. Dealt with our 2 children to perfection. Food was plentiful & great tasting withKid-friendliness: Tolerated our kids and interacted with them
Our family meal was amazing. 6 people including a 1 year old. Our main waitress, the host staff, and support staff were all professional, courteous, and aiming to please. Food comes out fast and we had 5 different dishes- all were delicious. Definitely good for grownup dinners and family dinners alike. Even full of children, the sound level was very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise with the period-based white tile, wood w/red vinyl chairs, and open space. Will be back again!

Food was very well prepared and our waitress Hellen A. Was very attentive and kind hearted to my family and I, we are very much appreciative and will be recommending her and Sortino’s to many of my friends in the area of the Poconos
