Decor is very nice, convenient for Kalahari guests but incredibly slow service, food is highly mediocre at best and at $30-40 entrees should be a better meal.

I’m so disappointed I came all the way from Rhode Island State to come to visit the restaurant I came in at 9:20pm because online the restaurant said it closed at 10 pm when I got there they told me that the restaurant was closed at 9:00pm. When they was not even busy so they lie straight to my face when online it said a time and when you get there is something else. What a disappointment i was there with all my family. They should not lie to people

We had dinner on 4/9/24. While my wife's eggplant parmigiana was dry (as it was overcooked), my Chicken Marsala, and the kids's spagetti/meatballs & pizza were all very good. Our waiter, Demond, was over-the-top friendly. Even when my son accidentialy knocked over his drink, all we got were glowing smiles and a willingness to help. Great job Demond - likely one of the best waiters we've had the pleasure of working with in recent memory.

Manager (Kerry?) was over his head. Instead of trying to resolve an issue, he became combative with me and another person I was with. We were a big group and we had kids, somehow volume was a problem. I asked him if it was a problem and he responded with “did you hear me say that?”. Unfortunate for such a beautiful place. Server was good though. I tried to make it as easy as possible for her because I understand a group 15+ isn’t always easy.

Demond was a fantastic server. I took my girlfriend here and her 2 year old son, for her birthday; Along with my two kids. I thought the food was VERY well portioned. But the real star was the attentiveness to detail from our server…I hope I spelled his name correctly
