I waited for 30 minutes and when my order came out, it was wrong. So then it was put in again. A simple 4 slices of pizza. I stood there and watched customers after me getting their pizza. Michael was the only helpful employee there. It was pure chaos. He went back to the kitchen a couple times to see what was going on.The whole process took almost an hour. At that point I should have received my money back.Update: The ordering process is much smoother. Their pizza used to be good, expensive, but good. Not anymore. It's terrible, just as bad as the other resorts now. Just order Domino's because that's what it tastes like.

Suggest wearing a jacket because it's cold and expect waiting for at least 10 minutes. The bar section where you can order alcohol on the other hand serves food very quickly.

A Little Caesar’s Hot-n-ready pizza tastes amazing compared to the $27 pepperoni pizza from Cafe Mirage. The cheese was caked on too thick! My boys who usually love pizza almost did not want to eat it.

This is my 5th yr coming to kalahari as my kids love it. But my experience at the mirage Cafe I doubt there will be a 6th. The guy behind the counter is rude.

Too pricey

I want to start off by saying this is our 6th trip to Kalahari in 8 years. It has changed and evolved, somethings for better but in Cafe Mirage's case... for worse. You used to be able to get a giant make your own salad freshly tossed and with so many options. Pizza, burgers, sandwiches and wraps all with mix and match sides. The prices are now through the roof ($42 for a specialty pizza?!?!) and the salad bar is gone (one of the only healthy options at Kalahari) I really wish they would bring it back. We are already paying $400 a night for a hotel room $15 for a kids meal is a bit much.

Kid-friendliness: $15 for a kids meal

PRICE-POINT $-$$ They offer cold and warm food for dine in the Waterpark area as well as take out to go to your room or the ride home. There's a huge drink selection coffee-slushies.

Very disappointed. $42 for a pizza??? $16 for 6 wings. Absurd
