Another less than stellar experience at Kalahari. 😔 Daughter got cookies and cream ice cream with marshmallows she said it tasted off. I got a mint shake and he got a strawberry shake however they were both vanilla shakes with pink and green coloring which was a comical discovery when my boyfriend that hates mint with a passion (won’t even use mint tooth paste) could suck down a giant gulp to say “there is no mint in your mint shake, I can ever have it if you want to switch”...

Omgggg these apples are delicious. Each apple is perfectly crisp, generously coated in rich, buttery caramel, and often topped with creative additions like chocolate drizzle, crushed nuts, or candy bits. The balance of sweet and tart is spot on, and the presentation makes them just as beautiful as they are delicious. Whether you’re treating yourself or gifting someone, these caramel apples are soo good.

<First Time> We stopped by The Last Bite dessert shop inside Kalahari Resort during our stay and had a mixed experience. Ordering from the kiosk made the process quick and convenient, which was a nice touch. We tried a variety of ice cream flavors—cookie and cream, strawberry, mint, vanilla, and chocolate—and they were all fine, but nothing extraordinary.

We also added some toppings, including caramel, marshmallow, sprinkles, and hot fudge....
