Went to have a nice breakfast with my daughter and the quality of the food was simply horrible. The hashbrowns were burnt and nasty and the Ice coffee was watered down and you couldn't even taste any coffee at all. It totally put a damper to the start of my day and ruined what should have been a nice breakfast with my daughter. I am so disappointed with this establishment.

Every couple of months I try this location again- and every time get the same experience. SLOW service through the drive through. This time there was one car ahead of me and I waited 9min behind them until they finally had them pull into the parking lot to receive the rest of their order. 9min for one car.. when I finally got my coffee it was watery and lukewarm. I got two donuts with icing, and they placed them upside down and sideways with no wax paper so the icing all wiped off in the bag. My kids still ate them but I couldn’t drink the coffee…

I JUST walked out of the establishment and the two employees that were working were absolutely phenomenal! Very efficient, generous, and friendly! Store was also very clean! The world needs more sweethearts like the employees I’ve encountered here just now

The service here is amazing. I just came in for a vanilla dunkalatte about 10 minutes ago, and I asked for the total if I were to get the sliders. It was over my budget, so I told them that just the coffee was fine. However, they still gave me hot, fresh ham and swiss sliders free of charge. I am so grateful, and I left the café with a big smile on my face. I was having a rough day, but this completely changed it around. Thank you so much!

It's a dunkin.... but beware. When using the mobile app. Most of the time they don't start your order until you walk in defeating the purpose of the mobile app.

Cold sandwiches, cheese not even melted. Wrong donuts. Inside of donut was still raw? Try to find a better Dunkin if you can.

First time there, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it had a long hair in it. The second time I was there, the coffee was cold, and there Was barely any butter on the bagel at all. The last time I was there and it will be the last time, I ordered vegetable cream cheese. It seems they ran out of it so they covered the bagel in regular cream cheese and put a small dab of vegetable on one corner. I will never go there again.
The worst service I’ve ever endured for a cup of coffee two employees they probably don’t like each other the drive thru girl just watched orders be prepared and didn’t help which is why I watched my coffee sit while the ice melts because they decided to start other customers orders before mine
