The 2 gentlemen were very polite and welcoming.
Got an iced coffee and a chipotle hashbrown wrap and it was the best one I ever had. And I’ve had them from 6+ Dunkin’s.
Made just like the add, loved it.

Theres always a long wait in the drive thru. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or just inefficient. Half the time the staff doesn’t even say anything to you when you’re paying at the window, or they’re rude. My biggest complaint though is that they consistently mess up your order. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese once. I just got a plain untoasted bagel. Next time I went I got an iced espresso drink. I noticed immediately that there was no coffee in it. And I noticed in the other reviews that it’s happened to them as well. I went back inside and asked for the manager which I never got to speak to, but they agreed to redo my drink like I asked without any questions. They consistently forget to give you straws for your iced drinks. And just now I waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, ordered, then when I got to the window to pay the cashier told me that they’re only accepting cash, and that the person on the speaker should’ve told me. Well he didn’t. Very frustrating and a waste of time. I had work right after so I couldn’t even go somewhere else. I also try to avoid mobile order because too many times I got to the window and they tell me they’re all out of something I already paid for. And you still have to wait in the same line as everyone else so there’s no convenience with it. My advice is to order at the speaker because you don’t have to commit to it if it’s taking too long, and they’ll tell you if they don’t have an ingredient or item.

This Dunkin used to be top notch. I put a mobile order in every morning and it was always ready when I arrived to pick it up from the drive thru. For the last few months this location has gone severely down hill. You wait in the drive thru for over a half hour sometimes. The line is almost always out to the main road. And when you finally get up to the window, they are either out of what your ordered, or your order simply isnt correct or is missing things.

If I could give it zero stars, I would that’s my honest review
I walked in. There was one customer in the store two people working no one in the drive-through only had a question before I even placed my order. the employee asked me to wait a moment which I had no problem doing
I went to ask my question and some random customer magically appears and now I get pushed aside when I was waiting in line??
even if you serve someone if they walk away from the counter (and I did not see this person at all in the building when I walked in. I’m sure she was in the bathroom because there was only a man, and the employee advised that this woman was with the man that was standing in there when I came ) why would you take them ahead of me??
I asked my question the employee said no, and then told me you can step to the step to the side.
I don’t know why you would think I wanna be served after you already. Let me know. I’m not of importance.

I have been to this dunkin 3 time and I will not go again. All 3 times I went it took over 30 minutes for 1 coffee that was order via mobile order. They also said that my order wasn’t made due to lack of ingredients. They were out of anything I wanted in my coffee all 3 times. And different times of the day too. One at 7am, 8am and 10am.

Went to have a nice breakfast with my daughter and the quality of the food was simply horrible. The hashbrowns were burnt and nasty and the Ice coffee was watered down and you couldn't even taste any coffee at all. It totally put a damper to the start of my day and ruined what should have been a nice breakfast with my daughter. I am so disappointed with this establishment.

Every couple of months I try this location again- and every time get the same experience. SLOW service through the drive through. This time there was one car ahead of me and I waited 9min behind them until they finally had them pull into the parking lot to receive the rest of their order. 9min for one car.. when I finally got my coffee it was watery and lukewarm. I got two donuts with icing, and they placed them upside down and sideways with no wax paper so the icing all wiped off in the bag. My kids still ate them but I couldn’t drink the coffee…
