This dunkin is always out of stuff that should always be in stock. Like whipped cream, flavored syrups, like caramel, toppings for drinks, etc. It's disappointing. The service is good. Everyone is very nice and apologetic when they are out of items. They definitely need to do better with orders

Today I visited Dunkin at Pocono Summit. I ordered avocado toast along with hash browns, but unfortunately, they did not have the toast available. I also asked for an egg and cheese croissant, but that item was unavailable as well due to a high volume of orders. Since today is Sunday and weekends are usually very busy, I feel they should keep more food items stocked to avoid running out so quickly.
Aside from the limited availability of some menu items, everything else was good. The staff was polite, the service was fine, and the overall experience was still acceptable. I have also added a reference to the cancellation receipt for the unavailable items.

They need to be a bit friendlier. I asked for certain donuts they gave me what they wanted. Attitudes we are not in Moscow we at the poconos. Also the donuts had Knats flying over them and just landing on donuts.i will never go there again again ugh!!!!

Omg! I can believe after I paid for my two raspberry croissants while i was waiting for my coffe the actual took a croissant from my bag on the counter for there drive thru order. When i saw them they offer my a dount. Omg. That's how Pennsylvania DD treat their customers.

I don’t leave reviews at all, but this one is an exception. Don’t go through their drive-thru if you’re on a time schedule. I don’t know if they are short staffed or just service is very slow. I waited 20-25 minutes in drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of myself.
