“We ate outside- the table was quickly cleaned so we could sit. Service was quick and very hospitable. Wings were amazing! And I need more of that Mac and cheese! Broccoli slaw was not what I was expecting but it was delicious! Wish there was one by us in CT! Puts a lot of places near us to shame”

“I moved to the Long Pond area earlier this year and upon doing so I’ve tried a few different takeout restaurants but NOTHING compares to AJ’s food and customer service! From the pizza to the cheesesteak (phenomenal by the way), this place is in a league of their own! Hands down. Very kind staff as well. Owner is very personable and has even made a couple delivers to me. Highly recommend! Enough to let you know that this is the first restaurant and/or food review that I’ve ever posted. -Ryan”

“Very nice place, we drove 2 hours to see Perry Grant at Redd's piano bar. We have sat at many Royal Carribean cruise piano bars enjoying Perry's music. Redd's was a nice size not to small. There is a steak restaurant connected to the bar, it looked nice but we didn't eat there. Service at the bar was great and plenty of free parking.”

“i went to macs today after a bad day at work and there was a lovelt and exuberant employee who i believe is named tazania she made my exerience beyond exemplary. i waited about 8 minutes, but all 8 of those minutes that i was there i saw her without fail put a smile on every face that came in kids and all. i highly suggest going here, grey food amazing service macs you have found a gem in that young lady. thank you so much”

“This was a decent place to eat. I had the Fajita and was not impressed. My family had Bowls and they helped with the review. I tried the bowl and that is what I would go with. Just because your location allows you to charge these prices doesn't make the food worth it. Try the Street Corn Dip it is really good.”

“All other Chinese restaurants in the area suck and cost more and many places in the area don't even clean their shrimp. They will it with intestine of the shrimp full of poo. This is the only place that I can trust that taste good. Don't go anywhere else. It's a hole in the wall type place. No where to eat. Not listed anywhere, take out only no delivery but well worth it. The est of places want to charge like twenty bucks for stuff you know costs ten or less. Vegetables are cheap! Only go here where it's reasonable and delicious.”

“I heard by word of mouth that the Vintage Tavern had the best Philly style cheesesteaks in the Poconos. If you enjoy a great cheesesteak do not make this place anything other than your next stop for one. I also sampled the fries and they were equally spectacular. I will be going back soon! As a bonus they have a late 50s to mid 60s vibe.”

Seafood Haven went above and beyond to help me out with a catering order. The food was excellent and my guests couldn’t stop raving about how flavorful and tasty the food was. Not only will you taste the love in every bite but I felt the love they have for their customers.”

“Whether you are heading to the Crossings in Scotrun, PA, the Mt Airy Casino, Great Wolf Lodge, working near or traveling through, Nick’s is a must stop! A great business model with a true sense of running a successful business while serving awesome sandwiches, soups, breakfast 8 am, using fresh ingredients and a kitchen staff eager to prepare great food. One cheesesteak, sauce on side, on a fresh semolina roll, substantial meat, cheesy with nice flavors. The Italian sub, piled high with select Boars Head meats on same seeded roll was so big, it satisfied my hearty appetite. The chili and crab soup were totally delicious, well seasoned and hearty. At $6.99 for 12 ounces (bowl), they both satisfied us as an appetizer or lunch. The soups change daily! It was a delight talking to the owner who takes much pride in the 7 month old deli. I’m happy they landed in this part of the Poconos for residents and travelers to enjoy! We’ll definitely return to try the pizza and a pork Etta sandwich. Open every day but Sunday.”

“The buffet was best described as “not bad”. That goes from the price to the service. It’s a fair price for an AYCE breakfast buffet. Lots of savory items to select from: kielbasa & turkey on the carving board, smoked salmon, omelettes, breakfast burritos/tacos, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and more. Along with the pancakes & French toast there was also strupwaffle style waffles and plenty of other pastries.

12yo and younger ate at half the price, which was nice. The service was not very attentive when it came to clearing the plates off the table or coming around to see if a refill of coffee/drinks was desired”
