“We had been a bit hesitant after reading earlier reviews. But we had a blast with outstanding food, exceptional service, and a great experience overall. Took our food at the bar as we were not into Hibachi. Ordered from the menu, Desaki Roll, Poke Bowl, Edamame, and a very tasty Seaweed Salad. Everything was very tasty and nicely served. We will return for Hibachi for sure.”

“I heard by word of mouth that the Vintage Tavern had the best Philly style cheesesteaks in the Poconos. If you enjoy a great cheesesteak do not make this place anything other than your next stop for one. I also sampled the fries and they were equally spectacular. I will be going back soon! As a bonus they have a late 50s to mid 60s vibe.”

“Every time we come to the area, we have to stop to enjoy the delicious food. New York Pizza encapsulates the true New York flavor of pizza. Any pie that you order is absolutely delicious. Our family favorite is the cheesesteak pizza and the grandmas pizza is by far the best around. Garlic knots are a must! They are huge and delicious. Friendly service by all and a great atmosphere.”

“Whether you are heading to the Crossings in Scotrun, PA, the Mt Airy Casino, Great Wolf Lodge, working near or traveling through, Nick’s is a must stop! A great business model with a true sense of running a successful business while serving awesome sandwiches, soups, breakfast 8 am, using fresh ingredients and a kitchen staff eager to prepare great food. One cheesesteak, sauce on side, on a fresh semolina roll, substantial meat, cheesy with nice flavors. The Italian sub, piled high with select Boars Head meats on same seeded roll was so big, it satisfied my hearty appetite. The chili and crab soup were totally delicious, well seasoned and hearty. At $6.99 for 12 ounces (bowl), they both satisfied us as an appetizer or lunch. The soups change daily! It was a delight talking to the owner who takes much pride in the 7 month old deli. I’m happy they landed in this part of the Poconos for residents and travelers to enjoy! We’ll definitely return to try the pizza and a pork Etta sandwich. Open every day but Sunday.”

“just came here to eat for the first time with my wife and 12yr old son and this place is truely amazing. my 12yr old son is the most picky eater you will ever see and even he loved food so much he can't wait to go back. and the owner is a really awsome guy, can't wait to talk to him again. 5 stars / highly reccomended”

“Overall, atmosphere felt cheaper than I-HOP. Food was a OK. I am comparing to I-HOP because I felt like I rather be in that one. I gave 2 star review on service because our server did not do a good job. We were not even offered to get water or coffee. We had to call the server to get water. No coffee with my breakfast, that was BAD.”
