“I went to Kimchi and Wasabi after vending today in Stroudsburg. All I can say is my friend and I ordered several appetizers. Then for dinner I had Dolsot Bibimbap. I can say this is the real deal Korean food!!!!”

“Food was good, not the best hibachi I’ve ever had but it was still very good. Definitely over-priced in my hibachi experience. The experience/show was a ton of fun. The drink was excellent. Would prefer the classic salad over edamame and I think the table agreed when we all barely touched it. Soup was excellent. The reason I gave atmosphere a 3 was because it was HOT in there and I mean HOT. We were dripping sweat. I don’t know if that’s normal for that place or not, but it truly took away from the experience and we probably would have hung out longer if we weren’t melting. Waitress was great but everything took a long time to move into the next “course”. Definitely have some things they can work on to make it a better experience.”

“I heard by word of mouth that the Vintage Tavern had the best Philly style cheesesteaks in the Poconos. If you enjoy a great cheesesteak do not make this place anything other than your next stop for one. I also sampled the fries and they were equally spectacular. I will be going back soon! As a bonus they have a late 50s to mid 60s vibe.”

“Whether you are heading to the Crossings in Scotrun, PA, the Mt Airy Casino, Great Wolf Lodge, working near or traveling through, Nick’s is a must stop! A great business model with a true sense of running a successful business while serving awesome sandwiches, soups, breakfast 8 am, using fresh ingredients and a kitchen staff eager to prepare great food. One cheesesteak, sauce on side, on a fresh semolina roll, substantial meat, cheesy with nice flavors. The Italian sub, piled high with select Boars Head meats on same seeded roll was so big, it satisfied my hearty appetite. The chili and crab soup were totally delicious, well seasoned and hearty. At $6.99 for 12 ounces (bowl), they both satisfied us as an appetizer or lunch. The soups change daily! It was a delight talking to the owner who takes much pride in the 7 month old deli. I’m happy they landed in this part of the Poconos for residents and travelers to enjoy! We’ll definitely return to try the pizza and a pork Etta sandwich. Open every day but Sunday.”

“The buffet was best described as “not bad”. That goes from the price to the service. It’s a fair price for an AYCE breakfast buffet. Lots of savory items to select from: kielbasa & turkey on the carving board, smoked salmon, omelettes, breakfast burritos/tacos, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and more. Along with the pancakes & French toast there was also strupwaffle style waffles and plenty of other pastries.

12yo and younger ate at half the price, which was nice. The service was not very attentive when it came to clearing the plates off the table or coming around to see if a refill of coffee/drinks was desired”
