I love all of the employees and my drinks are usually top notch, I go there daily but please clean the espresso machine, the last three days my latte has been gross tasting. As a former employee I know it's because the espresso machine is being neglected and not properly cleaned.
It's the nicest Dunkin' I've been to outside of NYC, but the staff is very young, and seemingly inexperienced. I walked in with a very large breakfast order for 4 adults and a child, and out of the six or so workers there, only one worker was working on my order. How does that make sense? Help this poor girl out will you? There was no was to distinguish which breakfast sandwich was which, since nothing was marked off, and it was a bit frustrating at 7:30AM, to wait almost 20 minutes...read full review

This location is always good. No matter in store or drive thru, you always have a bit of a wait. Service quality is great! I've never had an issue with accuracy or quality. This area of 31 is always full of traffic which makes me avoid this place sometimes.
