I would like to contact anyone in management from the Poconos Mountains location. I am a customer who has experienced frustrating issues in booking a trip for my family. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me promptly to resolve these issues.
Kalahari used to be a great place for the family but it has gone downhill. Housekeeping even threw out our cups and gave us a hard time replacing them, they did not even replace all of the ones tosse
