Hi!Love Dunkin in my hometown but this one, staff were not nice, all of our drinks were bad, lemonade tasted like water, coffee didn’t have any caramel. Customer service is terrible. Didn’t want to help us, didn’t apologise and I guess was not happy with serving us.

Confusing drive-thru set up. Speaker didn't work. Had to go in. Slow service, yet polite. Too much cream in coffee. Cold Brew was weak in flavor.

Love coming here. Always make my coffee perfectly.Sometimes when I walk in, they have my coffee ready.
It was the first Dunkin' we found after the I80/380 split out of NYC that wasn't a hassle to get to. I like my coffee HOT!!! The hotter the better..this coffee was warm at best. My normal order of avocado toast...meh...maybe the next Dunkin' can get it better.There was an option for McDonalds...we chose wrong this time for coffee.

All I'm going to say is I ran inside to grab a large coffee to go there was one person ahead of me took 17 minutes for me to get my cup of coffee to go that is ridiculous I mean the staff was nice but service could have and should have been a lot faster.
