“Sho-Nuff Delights has the BEST fried chicken, fried shrimp, candied sweet potatoes, and collard greens I've EVER had out. This food is exactly how my family makes these items. It was such a great experience. Amazing food and amazing people. This is truly a great place to get some home cooked food. I will definitely be returning whenever I can. I wish them great success with their business. More people need to give their food a try and make this business the talk of the town.“

“Ate here yesterday with my parents because we were excited to see something new in our area. Being Cuban and Puerto Rican, it is nice to see familiar dishes in the area as they are not too common in the Poconos when compared to living in NJ. The portions are huge, the food is well seasoned, and the staff is friendly. We chatted with the owner for a while, and we were thankful that she has decided to make her mother in law’s recipes for the public. Again, we don’t have many options like this up here, so we drove the hour to check it out. We would go again since we enjoyed the food, and it is closer than going into NJ or NY for us.
