Put simply, the food is hit or miss. We ordered the special clam strips and they came out burnt. My wife ordered the 8oz "rib eye" and it was easily the worst steak we have ever seen or tasted. They obviously use the cheapest steaks and suppliers they can get. The hotel basket of french fries is extremely good (the only reason they did not get a one star on food from me) and the steak sandwiches are decent. Had the Shrimp special on a Thursday night...the number of shrimp in my serving bowl was less than my friends who had the same special. Asked the server and she responded "it's the same, they weigh them" and never offered to rectify the situation! Everyone in our party could see the obvious difference. So I cannot give a higher rating.

We ate here for the first time today and we would definitely go back. The ribeye steak sandwich was awesome and so were the french fries. Definitely a place worth trying
