good prices, clean store, nice people.
This company/customer service sucks! The item I received almost a week ago was not as described. It was listed as "open box", but the top pole was missing, and the tree cannot be used without that pole. I've requested a prepaid return label multiple times, but no one responds to my messages on Facebook messenger or on their website. I will not pay to return an item that was not as described, so I will be disputing the charge and giving the company a negative review on as many...read full review
