The store is great! Customer service is beyond amazing! Lots of cool items for a great price. They have name brand items at reduced prices. I love coming here to support small businesses and I always find some nice new decor. There’s also great ice cream for anyone with a sweet tooth. Definitely check out D3 Surplus!!
When our fridge broke, I wanted to buy a mini fridge asap to avoid all of our food spoiling before we could get a new one. I called D3 and I spoke with Jamie, he told me they had one in stock and mentioned that it had a few cosmetic damages. He texted me pictures of the fridge and even sent me a link to Target's website so I could see the product details and retail price. I ordered items online on 12/13 ORD05163 And I still have not received any shipping confirmation. I have emailed them twice and I called every day and no one picks up the phone.
