I had the most unpleasant experience today at Dunkin Donuts in Portland. The manager, J-A-Y-A-N-T-Y, “aka J” in her words was extremely out of line and RUDE to me. If the owners, let alone corporate knows how unprofessional and sarcastic she is to customers and allows it, then Shame on them!

The manager (Jade) does a wonderful job making my coffee in the morning (5:15am), there’s another girl who works the morning that makes it correctly (mobile order, you have to read it out to make the coffee, all ingredients and amounts are written down) anyone else manages to give me an iced coffee for my hot, too much milk, and the coffee is no longer hot at all, then you spend 7-9 minutes in the drive thru waiting for another, I’m honestly not someone who complains, but...read full review

Dunkin' is a welcoming spot with friendly workers. The building could use some maintenance, especially the drive-thru window. The staff is warm, and the Coffee and Donuts are fresh and tasty. They offer a variety of donuts, including French crullers. Some issues with overcharging were noted but the staff is accommodating and pleasant. Customers appreciate the efficient service and the diligence of the employees when taking orders.
