Terrible service and even worse management follow up! We have been going to this location for several weeks same time each Saturday evening, tonight was a totally different experience. Took over 20 minutes to even take our order and another 25 minutes to get our drinks....after our food came out! Asked to speak to a manager and absolutely no concern or sincerity for the service. Then we proceeded to get looks for certain servers for the rest of the time which was totally unnecessary and uncomfortable. At least own it when your service isn't up to par!

Really underwhelming vegan impossible burger… it was cooked to a crisp and I’m pretty sure the bun had butter on it. The burger was also crazy overpriced for how bad it was. Definitely steer clear if you’re vegan.

That chicken sandwich is awful. Dry, flavorless and hard. Waste of money. Ordered curbside and after waiting so long had to call to bring my food out.

(Refering 2 the resteraunt located on rt 100, Pottstown; across from the Upland Square Shopping Center.): GR8T SERVICE, FOOD, MIXED DRINX & OTHER DRINX, DESSERTS & THE EMPLOYEES ALL WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL & ON POINT, DID NOT NEED 2 RE REMIND THEM THAT SOMETHING WAS NEEDED, THEY JUST AUTOMATICALLY WOULD COME 2 UR TABLE 2 ASK WEATHER ANYTHING ELSE IS NEEDED & NO MATTER WHAT THAT MAY B, THEY'D BRING IT OUT 2 U PERFECTLY !!! THEIR RESTERAUNT IS ALWAYS KEPT CLEAN & SMELLS GOOD INSIDE; EVEN THE BATHROOMS R KEPT CLEAN & SMELLING FRESH & NICE !!! Good was good as usual. Service was unusually poor. Spoke with manager who comped us dessert. Disappointing experience. .
My family visited applebee's Thursday evening for dinner. We were seated quickly then everything went down hill. We ordered right away when waitress got to our table. Drink order was wrong. Ordered two burgers and a chicken sandwich and sat for over an hour with no food before got up and went somewhere else.

We sat near the pickup door and it was cold. The headlights from the cars waiting shine right in your face at the booth we sat in. They should have a double door to keep the temperature even while dining and a fence or larger hedges blocking the lights of the cars waiting. Our server was great. Our food was prtty good althought the broccoli tasted like microwave food.

Amaris was a wonderful server. I had the Riblet platter and my wife the fish and chips. Both were prepared just right and fries were perfect. Food tasted very good as well as the drinks. No complaints!

We went for half price apps after 9pm and the waitress said we couldn't get them half price while everyone around us was getting them. Settled on the 10$ meal deal. It was alright. A table of high school kids were drinking under the table and got into it with another table and a drink was thrown. Doubt I'm going back.
