“OMG!!! For my birthday my kids treated me to dinner at Food from the Soul. I had the fried fish platter, with mac and cheese and cabbage. My son had fried wings and the mac and cheese. My daughter had the oxtail platter with candied yams and mac and cheese. Everything was absolutely mouth watering. Each takeout container had to weigh 5 pounds. And since this was our first time eating here we received a wonderful surprise-dessert on the house…banana pudding which was amazing! My only regret is that I didn’t try this place sooner 😂. Will definitely be back. Thank you, Food from the Soul, for making my birthday meal super memorable 💕”

“We love Gatsby's and definitely recommend! The food is delicious and our absolute favorite, hands down, is the SoulJoel Burger. It's not your ordinary burger and I believe they said it was made with 3 different meats. So juicy and just the best burger I have ever had in my opinion. See for yourself and I am sure you will agree! They also offer games to play at your table for some extra fun for kids and adults. Prices are reasonable too. It's now one of our favorite spots! If you haven't been, check it out!”

Dinners included Blackened Salmon; Salmon Tacos; Burger and special of the day - Barbecue Ribs. They were complimented with fresh veggies that were really different, fresh and yum. Bought a birthday cake. A little expensive but my, it was spectacular! We will be back”

“I went to LongHorn Steakhouse in Pottstown on 8/1/26. My server Cassidy was attentive and thorough. She kept checking on us constantly and refilling our drinks when we didn't have to ask. “We really enjoyed it here. It’s a place we have maybe passed 1000 times and just never stopped in. We are changing that now. The food was amazing. I had the roast beef sandwich and it was amazing! Highly recommend it!
The pulled pork was very good as well!
The waitress was good but could tell she was busy and distracted a little.
I like how this place has a bar and restaurant side. So you can bring kids in and sit down and enjoy eating here or could go sit at the bar on the other side.

“I dont think we'll ever stop coming here. We love the atmosphere- quiet, relaxing, with dim lighting. The staff is so nice. I think one time they were behind due to staffing but they were back and forth as quick as they could doing their best. The food is so good! The clear soup or the gyoza soup are the perfect soups when you're feeling sick. When we do hibachi it is always a good time. I've brought family (the kids are always asking to go), friends, and coworkers on many occasions and we always have lots of laughs and the food is phenomenal. My favorite is the filet mignon hibachi. All around great and our favorite Friday night spot.”

“I visit this location every day, either before or after work, to sit down, enjoy a coffee, and take a little time to relax. I’ve always had wonderful experiences here, and I’ve consistently received great service from everyone, including Sarah.

In all the time I’ve been coming here, I’ve never witnessed any of the staff being short, rude, or disrespectful to anyone. They are always welcoming, greet customers with a smile, and treat people with kindness and respect.

I did read the other review, and while I certainly can’t speak to someone else’s experience, I do think it’s important to remember that we all have difficult days, and sometimes interactions can be perceived differently depending on what someone may already be going through. I see Sarah nearly every day, and based on my experiences with her, it’s genuinely hard for me to believe that she (or any of the other staff) would intentionally treat someone poorly. Sarah has always been kind, pleasant, and respectful in every interaction I’ve witnessed.

Everyone deserves grace, both customers and employees. I’ve personally had nothing but positive experiences at this location, and I appreciate the staff and the welcoming atmosphere they create every day.”

“This is my new go to Chinese food restaurant. I was craving Chinese food late at night and 30 minutes before they closed, I ordered general tsos delivery. They took less than 30 minutes to deliver my food and when it arrived, it was steaming hot and absolutely delicious. It was everything I could’ve wanted in the moment. They were not too expensive at all, and the quality of the food was unmatched. I would 100% order from this restaurant again.”
