I had the sirloin cooked as ordered to medium rare but the absolute most tough steak I have eaten in my life! I had to spit it out bite after bite because I could not get it chewed enough to actually swallow it :/ I would have sent it back but we already had to send one entree back due to the amount of OVERseasoning. We had a great experience for my birthday dinner at longhorn. Everything was phenomenal. The food is just literally my favorite. I've never had a bad meal there. Our waitress (Erica) was professional, kind, and considerate. We had an awesome time and will be back again and again!!
