Don't order online pickup. I received 2 bags both sealed with my name and order. Ordered 2 large crinkle fries but received curly. Ordered 2 reg RB and 1 French Dip. Got dry French Dip sandwich no dip and no rb classic. Usually I like their service.

Arby’s is one of the few fast food places I like, this one is a good one since the food is almost always fresh. Latisha is an absolute gem, she seems like she enjoys her job. If you want a good fast meal, I highly recommend.
I brought the everyday value chicken sandwich this was the second time there will not be a third it was absolutely disgusting couldn't even finish it

I recently visited Arby's on Shoemaker Rd in Pottstown, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I tried the new Bourbon BBQ Brisket sandwich, paired with a strawberry milkshake topped with whipped cream, vanilla, and chocolate. The flavors were spot on, and the food was absolutely delicious.
The decor of the restaurant, featuring grey, white, and red, creates an inviting atmosphere with open spaces that feel modern and fresh. The touch of red is a clever signal to buy, adding to the overall dining experience. The restaurant was incredibly clean, and the laid-back setting made it easy to enjoy my meal.
Special mention goes to Latisha, the Shift Manager, who provided excellent customer service. The entire crew was fast and prompt, making sure everything was just right. I also loved the crinkle-cut fries—they were perfectly crispy and the perfect complement to my meal.
Overall, I highly recommend this Arby’s location for anyone in the area. The service was amazing, and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be returning!
