Walk out without the purchase due to rude employee. No surprise that they have dedicated line but no customers. Philadelphia Premium Outlets store.

Love this place! Pretzels are so nice and flavorful I can tell they are made with love ! I especially love when Lauren is back in town she always makes sure my order is perfect. She is very hard working and has good taste as she always recommends me something good to get such as the cinnamon pretzel bites ! YUM ! Thank you auntie Ann’s and LAUREN for always making my taste buds happy and DANCE

terribly ill attitude workers, yelled at my grandmother for walking up to the glass to look at the products. At that point we just left.

Seriously?! You can’t even find the damn store in the mall. No signs, no phone number to call. I walked over an hour and couldn’t even find it. Complete BS. Have a working number and some consideration.

I mean, a $5 pretzel? No way! Oh wait, for real? A single, original pretzel for $5? Near Philadelphia?

I mean yes, it is an Amish thing, so it is local. It is kind of like ordering a Subway sandwich in the middle of Philly instead of having a hoagie.

Look, different folks like different stuff but there in no way I could compare a Philadelphia soft pretzel from the factory for $1 to a $4.99 pretzel from Auntie Ann's.

Located inside the premium outlet mall closer to Lids and perfumania , little walk around the food court area. The staff is very quick to give out orders. The pretzels are great, and you can't miss the flavors if you pass by that store. We got pretzel bites / nuggets, and it's definitely tasty for a quick snack time.

Should teach these people what customer service is… if you actually feel you don’t belong there .. feel free to take a break .. showing rude attitude when trying to decide what to order is absolute nonsense.

I just don’t understand this Auntie Ann’s. You have to order pretzel dogs ahead of time because there are NEVER any made. Ok fine. I have accepted this at this point. I went on the app at 5:00 to order the pretzel dogs but was given an error message saying too close to closing time. TWO HOURS!!!?? I tried to place the order from inside the outlets so the wait wouldn’t be an issue. Can’t place the order on the app, ok, let’s just walk over. I wouldn’t even come here if it wasn’t for my 13 year old son. We arrived at 5:45, after shopping. The employee was polite, but he made sure to let us know IMMEDIATELY that what was left in the case was the only thing they are offering. Which makes zero sense to me. You don’t even close for over an hour & you can’t make one batch of pretzel dogs? Why are you even open until 7:00 then? Can someone PLEASE explain exactly how one goes about actually getting pretzel dogs from a place who sells pretzel dogs? And I just want to add on to this one last comment. We have gone to Walmart that has an Auntie Anne’s in it, later in the evening & OFFERED to make us whatever we wanted as long as we didn’t mind waiting. No problem at all! BIG FAT TIP IN THEIR JAR FOR THEIR HOSPITALITY! I suggest you advertise your hours as closing at 7pm, but won’t be making anything after 5. Never heard of such a thing in my entire life.

Rudest workers I have come accross yet. Horrible experience, my advice make the trip to another location where the workers are nice and accommodating and know a thing or two about customer service!

I love the classic pretzels & pretzel nuggets, but the prices have definitely gotten quite high

I don't know if the employees didn't want to be there or just didn't like people, but customer service was pretty poor.
