Barrister’s Bagels in Pottstown is hands down one of our favorite spots in town. Their lox sandwich is absolutely incredible! Super fresh, perfectly balanced, and packed with flavor. I order mine with an everything bagel and it’s perfect. The avocado toast is just as delicious, always made with quality ingredients and served with that perfect crunch.
And we can’t forget the iced matcha, easily our favorite drink there! Smooth, refreshing, and made just right every time.
If you’re in Pottstown and want something fresh and genuinely tasty, Barrister’s Bagels is a must visit.

Great spot! highly recommend all of there sour cream options especially the scallion one!! Always visit when I’m in Pottstown for the annual car show! Coffee is good and restroom is spotless. Staff is friendly too!

Very very impressed. I wanted a bagel so bad. I googled and when I saw Barrister’s Bagels, I clicked them. Reminded me of the guy from GOT, love that series. I door dashed a sausage egg and American cheese, on an everything bagel. Toasted with Butter Salt Pepper ketchup. Oh and a hash brown. came extremely fast, and was so delicious. And filling!!!! I forced down the second half😏. Then I went on their site, cuz I really had never had such a good everything bagel. The seasoning, the bread! Marone! And they make em fresh, DAILY. They’re now added to my regular spots. I’m so mad at myself for now getting anything else. Their sticky buns look to die for.

Got an everything bagel with cream cheese, it was stale and extremely dry. Bummed. Service staff are incredibly nice.
Bagels are super small, they were on the hard side as well. The taste of the bagel was really good though. I was bummed.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed. I finally got a chance to try Barristers, and I realized I wasn't missing out on anything. I got a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. The breakfast sandwich with the bagel toasted. It did not seem to be toasted at all. It was cold when they handed it to me. The cheese was not even slightly melted. I'm not sure how they actually accomplished that. The bagel itself tasted stale and was probably the driest bagel I have ever eaten. The coffee was terrible and tasted like dirt. My wife got a toasted bagel with butter and said the same about the bagel. She said she has had a better bagel from Wawa, and I agree with that. She said the tea was good, but it was just a Bigelow tea bag. The total was almost $18, which I feel is absurdly overpriced for what we got. Service was ok. The staff were friendly, but the whole process of ordering and receiving food seemed very disorganized. I witnessed multiple customers receiving the wrong order while I was there.
