Bagels are super small, they were on the hard side as well. The taste of the bagel was really good though. I was bummed.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed. I finally got a chance to try Barristers, and I realized I wasn't missing out on anything. I got a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. The breakfast sandwich with the bagel toasted. It did not seem to be toasted at all. It was cold when they handed it to me. The cheese was not even slightly melted. I'm not sure how they actually accomplished that. The bagel itself tasted stale and was probably the driest bagel I have ever eaten. The coffee was terrible and tasted like dirt. My wife got a toasted bagel with butter and said the same about the bagel. She said she has had a better bagel from Wawa, and I agree with that. She said the tea was good, but it was just a Bigelow tea bag. The total was almost $18, which I feel is absurdly overpriced for what we got. Service was ok. The staff were friendly, but the whole process of ordering and receiving food seemed very disorganized. I witnessed multiple customers receiving the wrong order while I was there.

I'm from New York, so I think I know good bagels. Barristers is as good as it gets outside of New York. I get an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. YUMMO!!!!

The staff is super nice and extremely accommodating. I ordered a couple bagels and one was incorrect. I called to get the correct item and not only did they refund me, but also remade the item for me. They have great customer service!

I love the bagels but am disappointed that i pay for extra cream cheese and it looks like the same amount as regular.
My daughter buys sandwiches here often, so today I asked her to get me one since I've never tried them before. I was so excited when I opened it up and it looked and smelled incredible. Then I took the first bite....felt something and ultimately pulled a very long hair with pieces of sandwich wrapped around it out of my mouth/throat. it was horrifying and so upsetting. Please have your employees wrap their hair up and /or wear a hair net!

This is by far one of the best little breakfast books in Pottstown. They have amazing food and incredibly friendly staff. Definitely try their sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich, with hash browns and bacon. Their cinnamon buns are to die for. Get them grilled and get extra! Everything is delicious. They even have doggie items. You will not be disappointed!

Menu said Lox & Cream Cheese sandwich with lox, cream cheese, capers, tomato and onions on choice of bagel. We were given a buttered bagel with lox instead. :(Unfortunately, we didn’t realize until my boyfriend was at work ready to eat, and no one at the shop answered the phone or returned our call. Sorry to leave a bad review, but a $12 sandwich is probably what an hourly rate is at your business… so it’s definitely not just chump change.
