My mother in law orders meals to go from Bause and we get to benefit regularly. This past weekend we had a dozen people to feed on a Sunday morning and we had the pleasure of enjoying several flavors of Bause quiche. The Quiche Lorraine, Ham and Swiss, and Corn and Sweet Pepper quiches were all fantastic. We enjoyed the flavor of the zucchini frittata as well but I think it did not hold up well to freezing as the texture was a little too loose for my taste. We've also love the macaroni and cheese and the lasagnas. Great job Bause!
