My mother in law orders meals to go from Bause and we get to benefit regularly. This past weekend we had a dozen people to feed on a Sunday morning and we had the pleasure of enjoying several flavors of Bause quiche. The Quiche Lorraine, Ham and Swiss, and Corn and Sweet Pepper quiches were all fantastic. We enjoyed the flavor of the zucchini frittata as well but I think it did not hold up well to freezing as the texture was a little too loose for my taste. We've also love the macaroni and cheese and the lasagnas. Great job Bause!

Chefs Erin and Amy are simply the best. ?? We meet them 20+ years ago at the recommendation of our wedding planner and hired them immediately! The guests absolutely raved about the food at our wedding. Our wedding cake was Amy’s carrot cake and we still order this cake annually! Bause is our first call for all our family events for excellent catering! Meals to Go is perfect for a Friday night quality meal at home - or better yet order several items and take on that Beach vacation! We highly recommend Bause Catered Events - Thank you !

We were delighted with the Bause experience. Even though we booked late, and they had too many previously booked events that they couldn’t deliver at the time we needed them, they were so accommodating and brought everything early and packed on ice, so that it was perfect for our event. Everyone at our party raved about how delicious the food was; perfectly marinated and grilled chicken with exquisite sauces to top it, incredible salads, the most amazing deviled eggs I have ever tasted (they were fighting over who would get the last two), and a charcuterie platter to die for. They were all beautifully presented as well. I would highly recommend Bause Catering for any event. I know personally I won’t be using anyone else ever again.
Chocolate Cake with Caramel icing. Is the best. The moistest chocolate cake ever. Must have every year for my birthday. Everything is fabulous. Love them.
