Big Phil's Bar & Grill

Service was phenomenal, food was mid and over priced.
Our server was so sweet and management even came over to check on us and introduce themselves.
But $17 for a burger that somehow managed to be dry and moist at the same time with a side of chips that taste like pretty much nothing is kinda crazy. Also none of the meat (i also added bacon for an upcharge) tasted like anything besides meat and grease, like there wasn't even a speck of seasoning on them.

Way overpriced and nothing to write home about. Garlic parm wings were good, but the burger and roast pork sandwich were both dry and chewy. I understand the overpriced menu since it’s the same owners as Ice House, but I was expecting a little more. Glass of beer was overflowing and spilled on my foot as it was served at the table. Pork didn’t seem fresh, and the “au jus” looked like beef bullion cubes with jarred thyme and chopped onion sprinkled on it. $17 for an 8 inch roll Amaroso roll from a pack from Aldi is ridiculous. $17 for a burger is also laughable. Just because it’s a trendy smash burger doesn’t mean it’s good. Pretty disappointing experience overall

All the foods we got are amazing except from quesadillas because I feel a little plain for that. I’ve never seen a restaurant that supply lotions, hair serum and mist in the bathroom before. I was so surprised by that. The atmosphere is nice. I really lover their ceiling. Last but not least the service is fantastic even though the staffs look a bit introverted. I’m gonna comeback next time and try their cocktails.

Good guy owns this!! I used to work at Ice House briefly during Covid and then moved out of the area for five years.

Used to love your place for a great steak, get it back!

First time visit. Good food....the fries and their hand make chips are to die for. Service is super quick and friendly.

We had my wife's 70th birthday party at Big Phil's last night. It was wonderful. We had 4 different Entree's all were fantastic. The staff had to attend to our party of 30 and it went smooth as silk. The food was amazing, service great and the drinks over the top. Phil took a personal interest! This is a great place! I highly recommend!

My family eats at Big Phil's once a month or so - so not exactly regulars - but every time Phil and his staff welcome us back and are so friendly. We just happened to eat there twice over the last week, and I mentioned to Phil that my daughter loved one of the specials they had over the weekend. Without blinking an eye, he had the kitchen prep what they had left and sent it home with her. That's what makes Big Phil's different, they are happy to have you and will go out of their way to show it!

I am here at least once or twice a month and my friends and I love it here! The atmosphere is amazing, the live music always gets the place in a great mood, the food is fantastic as always, and the service is superior! They make you feel welcome every visit and it’s easily our favorite place. All we need are some t-shirts and we’ll feel like home!

I was in today..Awesome great food and service as always..but I would recommend the Chef uses a hairnet...

Not what we expected. The inside had a faint smell to it and I couldn't put my finger on it. I really wanted a burger but when i saw they only serve well done, no pink, i was bummed. So stupid. Guess it takes experience to cook a medium rare burger. My sister in law and I ordered the fried chicken obsession sandwich. Looked totally prefab and tasted prefab. Bun is a hard brioche, odd, crunchy exterior. Either that's the way they buy them or they were stale. My wife had the grilled cheese sandwich which sounded good on paper but the tomato had seen better days. No complaints about the service. Way over priced for what you get. We came, we tried, we left. Won't be back.

Went to Big Phil’s last night, and really enjoyed our evening out. Their cocktails are uniquely crafted, fresh and delicious. The food was really good too - the brisket was tender and tasty. It was so nice to see and hear a live classic rock band too! Highly recommend Big Phil’s!

We had Easter brunch today the staff was welcoming our waitress was attentive and we met Big Phil 😂 the food buffet was very good with breakfast and lunch items. The desserts were good as well . We were not rushed to eat and leave like many places we will return for another visit
