4 words: THEY DIDN'T HAVE CHICKEN.Seriously. So we go up to order, get a meatloaf and a potpie, then go to order chicken and the guys says they're about 20 minutes out on chicken...were they all in there collectively praying we didn't order chicken so they'd never have to tell us their embarrassing secret!?Love the food. Hate the franchises.

Was looking forward to going to one of my favorite chains early evening Oct 10. Google said this location was open, but it was closed when I arrived before 7pm.

I was very disappointed to find that Boston Market was closed today despite having their open sign on in the window. We went to the drive-through and were greeted by a voice telling us they'd be with us in a moment. After several minutes of deciding what we wanted and waiting while our twin babies got fussy in the back, I asked if I could order. I got no response. I attempted to reach someone a few more times but got no response, so we decided to drive around to the window where we discovered no one was inside the kitchen.Afterwards, we saw online that it said the restaurant is temporarily closed. Why then was the sign left on AND the recorded drive-through message on?!I am not giving this review to complain but rather to hopefully encourage Boston Market to be more considerate of potential customers' time, and to keep others from making the same frustrating mistake of waiting to order when no one is present to fulfill orders.

Chicken not done sauce was like old garlic gravy..Mac and cheese was watery...corn bread not cooked long enough the chocolate cake was very good

Michael Scott the general manager of this location is a danger to any woman by herself. Tonight I picked up a takeout order, ordered online and paid for online. I walked into the location, the kid on the line making the other customers food greeted me, I said hello. Walked over and grabbed my online order and proceeded to walk out of the store and to my car. As I'm getting into my car, Michael Scott the manager followed me to me car and up to my drivers window yelling "WHATRE YOU DOING" "YOU GUNNA TAKE FOOD AND NOT SAY ANYTHING? WHATS IN THERE?!" All while I calmly said "my order that I paid for online". He proceeded yelling at me and knocking on my window, saying "you don't just walk out and not say anything. Ykno the kid in there is a little slow you need to say something". Not only was I accused of stealing food but I felt as though I, myself was in danger. As someone who's worked in customer service before; this is the type of man who should not be in the customer service field with direct contact to people.

The food is not good, horrible. The potatoes my son got were hard. $49.00 down the drain because we threw it all away. There was only one person working. The customers felt horrible for her. But she still served with a smile on her face.

I tell no lies...Recently I have been eating there faithfully for at least 6 out of 7 days. I do want to say though 2 out of 3 times I got the steamed vegetables, twice the carrots were pretty much raw and one of those times it was a huge end piece that had some stem and dirt on it.

Noon and I went here and we waited forever while the car in front of us had some other "business" to take care of. When we finally went to order, the little boy told us they were out of everything. The only item left on the menu that night was a big steaming bowl of sass. That little boy needs to shave those whiskers and learn a thing or two about how this works.

The manager was trying to do everybody's job instead of letting them do it. He got our order wrong we told him 3 times what we wanted. When we were eating I heard him say to one of the other employees that we were rude and he stayed calm through the whole thing. I will never go back here again.

I ordered the family turkey meal with mashed potatoes, caesar salad, mixed veggies and mac and cheese for 4. Service was excellent and food was delicious. The store in Pottstown did not have the salad but doubled the mac and cheese instead. That was a bit of a disappointment. However, it still was delicious. Will order again.

I went here a few days ago. I was the only one at the drive through, and was told I would be helped in a few minutes.Nearly fifteen minutes later, as I was about to drive off, an employee finally asked to take our order. I tried to order the potpies but they were out, so I tried to order the meatloaf, which they were out off. But they had chicken so I went with that.Ordering sides, became a new nightmare. They were out of the chicken soup, and one potato product after another until the employee admitted they had no potato products in stock.After ordering my meal, I tried to order extra corn bread. The employee informed me they were out of cornbread. My meal was supposed to come with cornbread to begin with, so the employee was going to intentionally sell me a meal and not include all items.At that point I canceled my order and went elsewhere.I'm never going back.
