My son and I go to this location pretty often. We have a weekly play date with a friend and the manager John is always so nice and attentive to everyone. He greets me very friendly when we walk in. And tonight a little girl pinched her fingers in the door and immediately sprung into action and looked at her fingers and gave her ice ( it was a very minor pinch) but he treated it as he would anyway. We only come here for him

Paid using my credit card and cashier told me my card was declined so we used my wife’s card and paid until I find out the next day when I called to see about my card that they did charge my card and charge my wife’s too so I paid for the order twice I had tried to call there today. The manager on duty was like if I don’t have my receipt he can’t do anything about it didn’t even wanna hear it so beware for using a credit card the one on High street in Pottstown

Never ever had a bad experience here. But today i was speaking with the MOD and we were talking about the day. I told him it was a rough day at work that ened in the ER. He made me laugh and when i got home i found cookies in my bag. Its really the small things in life. I didnt order a cookie but it sure made me smile. Thank you!

Ordered a Bacon King. Order lady said it was $8.99 with 6 slices of bacon. It came with 3 half uncooked slices. ☹️
The second sandwich ordered was a Whopper NO CHEESE & extra onion. It came with TWO slices of cheese. ☹️
Even the window lady had no smile for me. ☹️

First time in my life I had to wait 20 minutes at the counter to order. Meanwhile people in drive thru and people standing in line behind me ordering on the mobile app for serverd way before me.

All around disappointing. Main issue was I ordered a whopper jr with cheese, paid extra and got no cheese. Add to that the over cooked burnt patty. Also tried the new bbq brisket whopper, very dry and not worth the money. Lastly, the drive thru attendant just kept trying to upsell on every item. Add bacon, or would always say one size higher for anything I ordered. I know he is probably told to do that but eventually he needs to pick up on the fact I just wanted what I ordered. All in all a high priced bad experience. Paid more and got less.

Jhon has been working alone the past 2 days with only a cook on the grill. He is in such a. Cheery mood always greets everyone with a smile, he is doing an amazing job and needs to be recognized for it!!!! Amazing service give this man a raise!!!!!!!!!!!
