Placed digital order in car in parking lot at 643p, got in drive through line (the far line at 644p) behind two vehicles. Spent 14 minutes waiting for three, maybe four vehicles to proceed, including the two directly in front of me. Got to the first window, gave my name, was told to wait here until told to proceed forward. Spent 6 minutes waiting, while the second window was completely free and available. The window worker even walked away for a few minutes, finally get told to proceed to the second window, now I've been here for 21 minutes. Arrive at the second window, and they don't have my order ready and again identify me, however I'm the ONLY person they have interacted with in the drive through during the last 7 minutes, so that's confidence inspiring. Finally they find my bag, hand it to me and I have to ask for my soda. The bag however is cold and has clearly been sitting almost as long as I have.

TLDR:
Sandwich was cold, nuggets were cold, oh, and there was 4-5 people standing near the second window leaning on something doing what appeared to be absolutely nothing.... Glad they could relax while wasting at least 15 minutes of my time. If I was the GM at this location, I'd be replacing EVERYONE on shift this evening, no one at this location deserves a paycheck for their absolutely dismal effort tonight.

Went through the drive thru for something different at 4pm Friday n got onoin rings n their fish sandwich n was very disappointed. The rings were a large n got only 1/2 of the container. Plus they were cold n soggy. Apparently sitting for a good bit. The fish was overcooked n very little meat. This was a terrible meal n not what I'm use to out of this location. I got something different, but not what I thought it would be. I don't usually give a bad review, but I'm so disappointed I'm not only giving a bad review, but also do not plan to go back. The employees Apparently do not care. The young lady came out of the store with my order looked at me like I was bothering her. No thank you no nothing just a disgusted look n went back inside. Again I won't be back.

honestly i don’t know what happened but in the last year the customer service has gone so far down with the afternoon/night shift food is constantly cold or old food. The employees snap at the customer for asking for sauces at the window instead of the speaker but will forget your sauces when you do and will outright scam you off your mobile order if you place is at the store

Service was great and everytime I go there which isn't often... but the last 2 times I've been there, I always order ONLY LETTUCE on my chicken sandwich they read it back to me and it's on the ticket... why does my sandwich have mayonnaise on it!!!?? It says on the ticket ONLY FREAKING

The worst service and food. Where to start…. From the stale fries, to the saddest burger I’ve ever seen, to the laziest ice cream cone ever served. I ordered a Maple Bacon Bbq Burger which was missing the crispy onions and jalapeños. The employee who took our order was extremely rude. Just because it’s “fast food” doesn’t mean we deserve to spend our money on uneditable food and treated unkindly. If I were the franchise owner I’d be highly concerned on the quality food and service you’re delivering to our community of hard working people. DO BETTER!

Just don't place a mobile order thinking they'll be open for the listed hours. They've been closing by 10:45 even though they're supposed to be open until 1am. It takes 5-7 business days for them to issue a refund for the order if you placed it online.

The drive-thru here is awful and moves way too slow for ‘fast food.’ On top of that, the man at the first window gave me the wrong amount to pay instead of verifying my order. He might want to check before charging the wrong amount and holding things up even further. The guy at the second window then mentioned me paying for sauce next time because “they are going through too many,” despite the fact that he handed me four and I only needed one. I will never pay for sauce after wasting all that gas idling in the drive-thru for fifteen minutes, so think again. Also, the food was disgusting and my fries and onion rings were both undercooked and stale. This place needs total reform all the way around.

Each lane is filled with one car and we pull up into the 2nd lane and wait 5 minutes and the car pulls away and then we wait there for at least 10-12 minutes and no words were spoken and then we leave. Horrible service and will not come back!

The worst fast food service in Pottstown. Hair in food, complete meals missing and parts of meals missing. Ordered a fiery and a philly crispy wrap and got a fiery and original instead. They were cold and small, barely bigger than a credit card. Also ordered a diet coke and got dr pepper. Chicken sandwich used to be a huge chunk of chicken, now its a flat patty. Missing fries with the chicken sandwich. Whooper meal missing. No straws no condiments no napkins were provided
