Every Friday I place my order online because my kids love Chick-fil-A, but this is the third Friday in a row that my order comes incomplete. Unfortunately, I'm very trusting and I think my order is always correct. For that reason, I don't check it, but this time they didn't even give me a sauce for my salad or a fork. It said there were 15 sauces and only 6 came. OMG I'm angry, I'm very, very upset.

Service was great stopped for a quick date night and both of my husband’s and my sandwiches were so thin you couldn’t tell they were there so they we very dry, are the meat sizes being cut in half?

I don’t understand how you continue to mess up orders. Please check the orders, it is just so frustrating to pay for food and not get it.
Chaotic is an understatement. Had to go to the counter 3 times to get my order straightened out and talked to the manager twice. You would think my order was complicated. It was a deluxe meal and 8 piece nugget.
Go to another Chick-fil-A if you can.

Food is OK as it is ChilFilA, but the location is not good and especially the drive through is too constricted causing us to spend 25 minutes funneling through the drive through line and we started that wait only 2 cars back from the order boards.
I ordered a couple weeks ago from here. I decided to do carry out. Inside was clean and didn't feel crowded. The staff was friendly especially when seeing them interact with other customers. I also appreciate they were fast and made sure anyone was waiting was being helped. Regardless if it's Carry Out or Drive Thru (Only options I have personally chose) they are quick to get costumers in and out and satisfied compared to other locations.

Placed a very large mobile order before I left work. Unexpected traffic delayed my arrival. My order was ready within a few minutes of my arrival, chicken and fries were hot and the shakes were still perfect. Kids loved it all. Thank you!

Great customer service and attention to detail. Gertrude, our hostess, made sure we were greeted and seated while we awaited our order. She made sure we knew where everything was, from the extra napkins to the touchless trash bin. She even gave my son an extra cherry in his milkshake! Job well done Gertrude!!👍
Finally, where else in Sanatoga can you dine in and enjoy spectacular views of the Limerick cooling towers nearby?
