Believe it or not, this was the 1st time I've eaten at a Chick-fil-A. I did not enjoy my grilled chicken sandwich. I thought the chicken was rubbery. The lettuce was not fresh & the tomato was tasteless.

Linda R was the most miserable, horrible employee I have ever seen. I am shocked She is even there for a place that places importance on “my pleasure” and its customer service and everyone is so nice there. The young people there are such a nice group of young adults . She DOES NOT need to be dealing with customers. It ruined our family lunch, had to beg my husband to stay so we could eat what we paid for. We ordered 2 diet drinks… both came out non diet… NOT GOOD LINDA R! Diabetics depend on diet when ordering diet. Last trip to our fave place @ Lightcap Rd Pottstown, PA! ….. BOOOOOOO!

Worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them two chances. Each time I was given a fry that’s half full and were mini pieces of waffle fries. There is one whole fry can in my container. The rest are crumbs. Someone honestly looked at that and thought it was acceptable to sell. I’ll never be back!

Foods always good but they never include the bell pepper crisps with the salad which is highly disappointing, especially since it’s not a customization but is supposed to come with the item.

I go to chick-fil-A a decent amount or at least I did until this last interaction. I went in to get dinner with a few friends of mine and was immediately treated with a horrible attitude and service. There was one girl working the counter (Alyssa) that was fine and the manager Matt that was nice, but another employee that was kind of short I think named Bella that was outraged and going off and kind of venting about someone or something. She was using outrageous language for being and working at Chick-fil-A. I then saw this attitude turned from talking about someone she knows to giving it to the customers when they needed something or when she was told to go do something other than stand around. Before my friends and I left we went up to get refills and all of the employees just stared at us and then the same employee rolled her eyes and went back to their conversations they were having around the counter. I felt very offended by the energy given (talking about me and my friends, and rolling her eyes, and just overall being very rude and negative). I have now avoided going to this location from here on out to avoid another interaction like this and attitude like this.

Food costs way too much these days to not actually get what you paid for. Got home to see that both kids meals I got had nothing in them but the chicken.
Organized & friendly fast service !! We sat at a table and someone came around asking all the tables if they needed anything ! Great 👍

Every Friday I place my order online because my kids love Chick-fil-A, but this is the third Friday in a row that my order comes incomplete. Unfortunately, I'm very trusting and I think my order is always correct. For that reason, I don't check it, but this time they didn't even give me a sauce for my salad or a fork. It said there were 15 sauces and only 6 came. OMG I'm angry, I'm very, very upset.
