I came to this location for lunch and within 30min of eating I became nauseous, got light headed, and experienced loss of appetite. I ordered the nugget meal with a lemonade. 5 hours later and I am still having these symptoms. I will not be back, and they’re lucky the only thing I’m doing is leaving a review. Unsanitary practices at this location should be investigated; it has gone downhill terribly.

Picked up a drive thru order a little bit ago. Got home and bit into my first strip and pulled out an extremely long hair. Needless to say it went in the trash. It will be quite a while before I go back to this location.

Believe it or not, this was the 1st time I've eaten at a Chick-fil-A. I did not enjoy my grilled chicken sandwich. I thought the chicken was rubbery. The lettuce was not fresh & the tomato was tasteless.
Linda R was the most miserable, horrible employee I have ever seen. I am shocked She is even there for a place that places importance on “my pleasure” and its customer service and everyone is so nice there. The young people there are such a nice group of young adults . She DOES NOT need to be dealing with customers. It ruined our family lunch, had to beg my husband to stay so we could eat what we paid for. We ordered 2 diet drinks… both came out non diet… NOT GOOD LINDA R! Diabetics depend on diet when ordering diet. Last trip to our fave place @ Lightcap Rd Pottstown, PA! ….. BOOOOOOO!

Worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them two chances. Each time I was given a fry that’s half full and were mini pieces of waffle fries. There is one whole fry can in my container. The rest are crumbs. Someone honestly looked at that and thought it was acceptable to sell. I’ll never be back!

Foods always good but they never include the bell pepper crisps with the salad which is highly disappointing, especially since it’s not a customization but is supposed to come with the item.
