Avoid this location at all costs. We live in the area and were super Excited when we found out that a chipotle location was being built so close to our area. Unfortunately, this location is always dirty, it has very poor customer service and is always out of something. I have ordered here a handful of times and not once has my order been correct. The last two times I have done an online order they have charged my card for items and then when I went to go pick them up, it was verbally communicated that they were “out, sorry about that”. No substitute offered and they refused to return the value of the item to my card .. When I reached out to customer service they Pushed for me to accept a free side with no other compensation or option. It is impossible to get in contact with a human. They think that offering free sides will keep people Quiet about their poor customer service and severely lacking value of their customer base. I will be avoiding chipotle in general from now on.

Short woman training someone new on 11/19/2024 @4:53 pm order #239. Unprofessional uncomfortable unfit to work with people. I ordered a quesdilla for my child "half chicken & half cheese" the woman was so rude didn't understand. Threw away the quesdilla then proceeded to hide in the drive thru section to make the quesdilla wrong. She legit just put chicken in the tortilla with no cheese and all the cheese on the other side.
When you order a pizza half pepperoni & half cheese does the pepperoni side come with no cheese just pepperoni slices in sauce? I even called the store to get the woman's name and they refused to give me her name.

This is the fourth time there at caring times and they never have fajita veggies. Doesn’t matter what time of day. Very very disappointing. They make the bowl. Will be shopping for another Chpolte near by if we can find one.

Keeping my below comment for reference of 4 stars now changing to 2 Attaching a picture. I tried their brisket and got about a total of 5 small pieces about the same size of the head of my fork. Absolutely AWFUL portions. Whoever was the manager on 10/5 at noon should be reevaluated for letting this off the line.
Overall a good chipotle. Sometimes the portions can be hit or miss but that seems common with chipotles now a days
i LOVE this chipotle. i had never tried chipotle before since there was never any in the area and when this place opened up i knew i had to try it. the first time i tried it i got a bowl which i didnt like much but that wasnt their fault, i just didnt order it right. the second time i got the burrito, and let me tell you, they literally LOAD this thing up, perfect portions. not to mention the workers always go out of their way to be extremely friendly and welcoming. i have to say i go here about once ever one to two weeks and the food always is fresh. the corn is delicious, MIX THE SOUR CREAM AND THE VINAIGRETTE ITS TO DIE FOR. anyways, i havent even gotten to the prices. i went there today and spent $11:82 SO CHEAP especially considering how much they portion, i can barely finish the whole thing. long story short, i love this place, everyone is so friendly which i love since im a people person and the food is delicious. the reviews are absolutely insane considering how well these people are at their jobs. thank you pottstown chipotle. you have truly made my life better.
