Definitely like this location a little more than the Royersford & Plymouth Meeting locations. All three stores are clean and organized. This location just offers a little more when it comes to portions. At first when this place opened they had their hiccups (ex. there was a chunk of meat in my sofritas once), but they’ve really cleaned it up since. This place definitely has turnover issues. I only see one employee occasionally that’s been there since they opened which was less than 2 years ago. Still the employees are quick to attend if they’re not busy. If you don’t like the portions just ask for more. Oh and never use the Chipotlane at ANY of the locations. All locations skimp mobile orders. Don’t order DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, or Postmates. Not just this one. Go in like I always do & you won’t be disappointed.

Love Chipotle! This one is awesome! So clean and the portions are what they should be! Every time I've gone always was happy! I only get a few things on my bowl so I appreciate when I can get a little extra corn lol. Also Megan was awesome!! She was so funny and a great employee.

Had a reward that expired today 8/26. The girl says it's expired, you had to use it by yesterday. I just looked at her in disbelief because I couldn't understand where her logic was coming from. If I had to use it by 8/25 then it would have said 8/25. I'm like the reward is not expired. It would expire today as stated. I wasn't about to argue back and forth with someone who clearly doesn't understand how a coupon works.I left the entire order there and went to the Douglasville location and no issues with using my reward that expires on 8/26. I will definitely take the extra time to drive to this location from now on

Got takeout from here. Food was quality and portions were nice, fair pricing as well. Only complaint was the wait in the Chipotlane (pick up lane outside). Other than that, good dishes but nothing too too special.
The first two times my son and I ate at chipotle the food was dried out and stale. The service was friendly .This time my son and I ate at chipotle in Pottstown the burritos were absolutely amazing!! Served with a smile and friendly attitudes can’t beat that!!

So, apparently if you know the staff, they will open the doors 15 minutes early and let you eat in the lobby, but turn away every other customers by just telling them they have to wait outside. Lock your doors if you're not open to the public. So, if you know someone who works there, go get the hook up, otherwise you'll be eating subpar food. Go to a another one.
